II/ THUẬN LỢI VÀ KHÓ KHĂN :

1/ Thuận lợi :

- Được quan tâm lãnh đạo trường.

- Nhìn chung mơn Tiếng Anh đồ dùng dạy học tương đối đầy đủ, đáp ứng được yêu cầu dạy học Đội ngũ giáo viên với chuyên môn đào tạo đạt chuẩn vượt chuẩn Học sinh hứng thú việc học môn mẻ ( khối )

- Có máy gia sư điện tử đa e- teacher. 2/ Khó khăn :

- Tuy nhiên cần bổ sung tranh ảnh đầy đủ cho khối lớp Một số tranh chưa phù hợp với nội dung bài.

- Một số học sinh chưa thực quan tâm đến việc học.

- Nhiều học sinh chưa đọc thông, viết thạo tiếng việt nên việc học tiếng anh gặp khơng ít khó khăn.

III/ YÊU CẦU, BIỆN PHÁP, CHỈ TIÊU :

1/ Yêu cầu : ( Ghi nội dung u cầu mơn phụ trách )

Để đạt hiệu cao việc dạy học mơn Tiếng Anh yêu cầu cấp thiết đề ra cho GV mơn phải có chun mơn, nghiệp vụ sư phạm đáp ứng đủ u cầu mơn Có thái độ say mê, nhiệt tình giảng dạy giáo dục đạo đức học sinh Phải đạt được tiêu đề ra, truyền đạt đầy đủ nội dung, kiến thức đến học sinh, thực tốt kế hoạc giảng dạy phân phối chương trình….

Đối với học sinh phải có niềm say mê, hứng thú, tìm tịi việc học Tiếng Anh Có thái độ nghiêm túc việc học tập, luyện tập thi cử Sau tiết học, học kỳ, năm học phải có tiến việc tiếp nhận, lĩnh hội thên tri thức Phát triển kỹ giao tiếp thông dụng nắm vững từ vựng, ngữ pháp việc làm tập Áp dung kiến thức học vào thực tế xã hội.

- GV môn cần phải thường xuyên trau dồi, rèn luyện trình độ chun mơn, nghiệp vụ sư phạm lúc, nơi thông qua dự học hỏi đông nghiệp Phải tham gia học tập các lớp nâng cao chuyên môn Cập nhật lựa chọn thông tin hàng ngày để mở rộng kiến thức xã hội cho học sinh.

- GV môn phải dạy đủ theo phân phối chương trình Tích cực sử dụng đồ dùng dạy học Phải có kế hoạch giảng dạy cụ thể cho đối tượng học sinh khác nhau. - GV môn kết hợp với GVCN gia đình việc giáo dục ý thức học tập ý thức đạo đức cho học sinh Quản lý, giám sát việc học tập học sinh lớp nhà.

- Có đầy đủ đồ dùng, thiết bị giảng dạy : băng đài, tranh ảnh Học sinh phải có đầy đủ sách giáo khoa, sách tập, viết, nháp … tích cực học tập luyện tập, làm bài, học đầy đủ Có thể tổ chức học tập nhóm, tổ nhà…

- Đồng thời phải có quan tâm, giúp đỡ, tạo điều kiện cho việc dạy học môn Tiếng Anh cấp lãnh đạo, tổ chuyên môn, tổ chức, đoàn thể.
