-Tell Ss that they are going to sing the chant

- Teach the chant following the procedure in Teaching the unit components in the Introduction

- Give a few seconds for Ss to sing the chant Check comprehension

- Say each line of the chant, then have Ss repeat it a few ties Give a demonstration of chanting and clapping the rhythm
