(1)Kế hoạch giảng dạy môn Tiếng Anh - lớp 11 I ĐẶC DIỂM TÌNH HÌNH CÁC LỚP DẠY Được phân công giảng dạy lớp 11A2, là lớp có phong trào học tiếng anh khá sôi Tuy nhiên beân caïnh thuận lợi đó vaãn coøn toàn taïi số khoù khaên, cụ thể: Thuận lợi: - Đa số các em là học sinh ngoan hiền, dễ bảo, nổ, tích cực học tập việc tham gia phát biểu xây dựng bài - Học sinh đã tiếp xúc với môn Tiếng Anh, đặc biêt là chương trình tiếng anh cải cách cấp hai và chương trình lớp 10 nên các em đã có số kiến thức, từ vựng bản, phần lớn học sinh cảm thấy hứng thú, say mê học tập - Các em học sinh khá giỏi các lớp không ngừng cố gắng học tập để nâng cao kiến thức cho mình, bên cạnh đó còn giúp đỡ các bạn yếu kém học tập hoạt động pairwork, groupwork  - Các em yÙ thức tầm quan trọng môn Tiếng Anh nên nhiều em đã có cố gắng, đặc biệt là em hoc sinh khá, giỏi Khoù khaên: - Phần lớn các em học sinh không có sách tham khảo, ngoại trừ sách giáo khoa  - Trong lớp học, chênh lệch trình độ kiến thức các em học sinh là lớn Số lượng học sinh yếu kém còn cao, nhiều em thiếu khả lĩnh hội tri thức - Lớp học đông học sinh nên việc sử dụng phương pháp giảng dạy ,việc tổ chức hoạt động pairwork, groupwork chưa thật hiệu - Một số học sinh chưa nắêm phương pháp học tập, học sau quên trước, đặc biệt lười học từ vựng, sử dụng sách học tốt tuỳ tiện, thiếu khoa hoïc II THỐNG KÊ CHẤT LƯỢNG ĐẦU NĂM Sĩ lớp soá 42 11a2 III Đầu năm Gioûi% Khaù% T.B% 2.38 9.52 Yeáu% 32 76.20 Chỉ tiêu phấn đấu Keùm% Gioûi% Khaù%ù T.B% 20 11.90 2.38 7.14 47.62 Ghi Yeáu% Keùm% chuù 18 42.86 BIỆN PHÁP NÂNG CAO CHẤT LƯỢNG - Khuyến khích học sinh thành lập nhóm học tập nhà để các em học khá có thể giúp đỡ các em yếu kém - Tăng cường tổ chức hoạt động pairwork, groupwork các tiết học để em nhút nhát có điều kiện nói Tiếng Anh nhiều - Thường xuyên kiểm tra miệng, kiểm tra 15 phút, cho bài tập thêm nhà và kiểm tra bài tập cuối tiết học Kiểm tra 15 phút, 45 phút theo đề chẵn-lẻ nhằm đánh giá trình độ thực học sinh Teacher: Nguyen Thi Huu Hong Lop11.com (2) Kế hoạch giảng dạy môn Tiếng Anh -
