kỹ nghe hiểu thông tin kỹ thuật phức tạp hướng dẫn vận hành, chi tiết kỹ thuật, sản phẩm dịch vụ quen thuộc; kỹ nghe hiểu nhiều loại tài liệu phát thanh, truyền hình có sử dụng ngơn ngữ khơng chuẩn mực;
