the schools with high efficiency in organizing experiential activities, there still exist a number of schools that organize experiential activities with low efficiency There are many reasons leading to the above situation such as the reason that the school management with family has not shown the role and importance to educational activities in high schools and propose piloting the experiential management model to ensure the science and practice in order to overcome shortcomings in reality when organizing the experiential activities 6.3 Research question - Has the experiential activity really met the requirements of forming the quality and capacity of each individual and has really allowed the students to experience it? - What approach is based on effective middle school student experience management? - What factors influence the experience management for students in middle schools? - The current context of innovation and what are the requirements for the experience activity and experience management? - How is the situation of experience activities and experience management for students in junior high school today? - How to better manage the experience activities for coordinate and manage the coordination between the school and other educational forces in the direction of the management model approach in organizing the experience activities for students 1.1.2 In practical terms It can be seen that experiential activity is an overarching way of educational activities in which learners are engaged in practical activities for creative discovery, including activities during and after hours Class Therefore, the aforementioned studies have partly studied the management of experiential activities in terms of management of out-of-class-hour educational activities or life-skills education management In the training topics, scientific reports have analyzed and clarified the urgency of the organization of experiential activities, the content and the organizational form of experiential activities But those studies have not mentioned solutions to comprehensively manage experiential activities in schools The form and method of organizing the experiential activities appropriately and effectively have not been mentioned much The purpose for students to experience in the subjects and lessons has not been clearly determined, so the effectiveness of organizing experiential activities for students is still limited Accordingly, the study of solutions for managing the experiential activities in the current context at each educational level, in each locality should continue to be deployed on the basis of full awareness of the experience activities, clarifying responsibilities of the school, of the administrator and teachers and other educational forces 1.1.3 About the solution point of view The point of view proposing solutions in topics and research works is consistent with a number of principles such as: Ensuring education objectives; analyzing the causes of the limitations in managing experience activities for middle school students in Hanoi, proposing solutions to adapt to the current educational innovation context in the direction of approaching capacity for the student CHAPTER THEORETICAL BASIS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ACTIVITIES FOR STUDENTS IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS 2.1 Some basic concepts 2.1.1 Manage Management is a process that has an organized, purposeful, planned impact on the management object (managed object) by the managerial entity in order to most effectively use the potentials and opportunities of the management entity organization to achieve set goals under the impact of the environment 2.1.2 School management School management is a set of optimal impacts of management subjects (Through the implementation of management functions including: planning functions; Phuong Liet Junior high school (Thanh Xuan); An Thuong Junior high school (Hoai Duc); Thai Thinh Junior High School (Dong Da); Tay Mo Junior High School (Nam Tu Liem); Tan Linh Junior High School (Ba Vi) 13 - 20 managers (15 managers of 06 junior high school, leaders of Education and Training Department, specialists in charge of junior high school);
