systematic and comprehensive research works on vocational training links and management of vocational training links between colleges and businesses in Hanoi Therefore; the author chooses the issue: “Managing vocational training links between colleges and enterprises in Hanoi city to meet labor market” to study, with the desire to devise scientific solutions to resolve conflicts between training
