tài: Aspergillus flavus (A flavus) xem nấm mốc nguy hiểm sản xuất nông nghiệp Ở nhiều vùng khí hậu nhiệt đới nóng ẩm, nấm mốc A flavus độc tố aflatoxin gây ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến sản lượng phẩm chất lạc (Arachis hypogaea L.) nhiều loại trồng quan trọng khác bông, ngô, đậu tương v.v [31], [49], [52] Ở Việt Nam, lạc loại trồng đem lại nhiều lợi nhuận từ việc xuất sản xuất dầu ăn Về mặt sản lượng, Việt Nam xếp thứ số 25 nước sản xuất lạc châu Á Tuy nhiên, suất lạc Việt Nam thấp ảnh hưởng nạn dịch gây aflatoxin, loại độc tố nấm mốc A flavus gây So với loại trồng khác, lạc mẫn cảm với nấm nghiên cứu biện pháp bảo quản hữu hiệu để quản lý dịch hại nấm mốc A.flavus mục tiêu hàng đầu nông nghiệp sản xuất lạc Việt Nam Nghiên cứu nhằm mục tiêu điều tra đa dạng sinh học nấm mốc A.flavus khả sinh vật gây hại cho trồng nói chung, cho lạc nói riêng xâm nhập vào hình thành mối quan hệ ký sinh - ký chủ loài gây hại trồng Trong vi sinh vật nhân tố chủ động, trồng nhân tố bị động Chúng gây nên rối loạn sinh lý cây, làm bị hủy hoại phần gây ảnh hưởng toàn thân dẫn đến bị giảm sút suất bị chết Bệnh hại trồng vấn đề nan giải sản xuất nơng nghiệp nói chung sản xuất lạc nói riêng Mỗi loại trồng có nhiều loại bệnh khác nhau, tác nhân gây bệnh vô đa dạng phong phú, giai đoạn trưởng trồng khác đặc điểm tác nhân gây bệnh khác Bệnh làm giảm suất, phẩm chất lạc thu hoạch, cất trữ Chủ yếu làm giảm giá trị sử dụng, giá trị hàng hóa, thẩm mỹ chất lượng chế biến Bệnh làm giảm sức sống chất lượng hạt giống Ngoài ra, quan trọng nấm bệnh có khả sinh độc tố gây ảnh hưởng xấu đến sức khỏe cho người gia súc, ảnh hưởng đến đất đai trồng trọt, cấu giống trồng, chế độ luân canh, tính chất hoạt động vi sinh vật đất Với lạc bệnh hại xuất từ nảy mầm thu hoạch, mức độ gây hại khác thời kỳ có loại bệnh phổ biến khác Tỉ lệ bệnh nặng hay nhẹ, bệnh xuất sớm hay muộn phụ thuộc vào điều kiện canh tác, khí hậu thời tiết, đất đai biện pháp phòng trừ người dân Thực tế cho thấy nhóm bệnh hại phần gốc rễ lạc nguy hiểm, gây thiệt hại nặng gây trắng lạc Nhóm bệnh hại phần rễ gốc lạc, làm cho bị héo phần toàn dẫn đến chết Khi phát triệu chứng bên ngồi chết, phải nhổ bỏ khơng phòng trừ bệnh nguy hiểm làm giảm suất lạc tỉnh có tiềm phát triển lạc nước ta, nhiên bệnh hại nói chung bệnh héo vàng lạc A flavus gây hại nói riêng gây thiệt hại lớn Vì cần có sở nghiên cứu nấm bệnh nắm tình hình bệnh hại lạc điều cần
