Marking and cutting - The work of marking and locating components is very important, so it is required that the people who take the mark and cut the shape must obey according to the assignment of engineer, they must necessarily get the mark in accordance with the size of drawings, carefully check before cutting, calculate the dimensions so that no materials are wasted. 3. Positioner welding and forming combination - Before forming, it is necessary to closely inspect the steel sheets, if warping deformation, it must be put into the straightening machine. - Workers must arrange and brace positioner places before positioner welding, must fully prepare all details of the components to be welded. If warping, having gap between the belly plate and the rib plate larger than 3.5 mm, it is required to straighten and re-grinding to the standard. - Positioner welding for limit the height does not exceed 0.5 in height and design welded line under length not exceeding 30mm. In order to ensure that the welding line meets the technical requirements and good quality, workers must often check the adjustment of welding wire, welding flux, welding current so that it is reasonable. - The processing process must strictly follow the standards of TCXDVN 338-2005 steel structure and standard 170-2012 of processed and assembled steel structure.
