Mục tiêu nghiên cứu của bài viết nhằm xác định tỷ lệ mất đoạn nhỏ trên nhiễm sắc thể Y ở nam giới mắc hội chứng OAT. Hội chứng OAT (Oligo - Astheno - Teratozoospermia) là tình trạng tinh trùng trong tinh dịch có mật độ ít, độ di động yếu và tỷ lệ bất thường cao.
