Giáo án Tiếng Anh 6 - Năm học 2009-2010 Date of peparation : Date of teaching: 6A ./ ; 6B / ; 6C ./ PERIOD 1: GiớI THIệU INTRODUCING SUBJECT AND HOW TO LEARN I. Giới thiệu môn học: - Tầm quan trọng của môn học. II. Giới thiệu ch ơng trình: - Phân tiết theo đơn vị bài: 3 tiết/1tuần 5 hoặc 6 tiết/ 1 bài - Giới thiệu cấu trúc sách: A, B - Phần dấu * có thể bỏ qua. III. H ớng dẫn cách học Tiếng Anh: - Học từ trong ngữ cảnh - Học ngữ pháp + ngữ âm lồng trong bài. IV. Một số sách qui định đối với học sinh học môn Tiếng Anh - Sách giáo khoa : 1 quyển bài học và 1 bài tập - Vở : 1 quyển bài học và 1 bài tập (Hai quyển dùng riêng biệt không lẫn lộn giữa BH và BT) - Chuẩn bị sẵn giấy kiểm tra (5 15) đột xuất. - Kiểm tra 1 tiết theo phân phối của chơng trình và có báo trớc - Đến lớp phải học thuộc bài cũ + chuẩn bị bài mới theo yêu cầu của giáo viên. - Tích cực phát triển xây dựng bài. - Mang đủ dụng cụ học tập - Khi đợc kiểm tra bài phải nói lớn, rõ và mạnh dạn. V. Một số mệnh lệnh bằng tiếng Anh cần đ ợc giới thiệu trong tiết đầu: - Practice with a partner. - Work in pair. - Complete the dialogue. - Write the letters of dialogue in the order to hear. Objectives: After this lesson, the S can: - Greet people. - Identify oneself. - Count to five. B- Contents. 1. Grammar: - “ To be “ in present simple tense. - Contractions. - Questions. 2. Vocabulary. - Topic: Greetings. C- Teaching aids. - A book, objects of teaching, a cassette, CD player, cards, posters, pictures. D- Teaching method. - Community, technique. E – Teaching process. Stages Content Activities 1. Warm up. (5 minutes) - Ask the Ss to look at the picture of the page 10 on the board. - Guessing game about this topic. - Ask the Ss to say about greetings in Vietnam. -Individual work 2. Introduce how to greet each other. - Hello / Hi. - Give situations for these ways to greet. - Ask the Ss to work in pair to greet one another. b, Introduce how to introduce one’s name. - Give ex: I am Hoa / My name ia Hoa. - Introduce parts in these sentences. - Give form: S be( chia) + a name / My name is + a name. - Ask the S to introduce their names before the class. - Correct their mistakes. c. Count to five. - Put up hand and count to five. - Count some objects or students in the class. - Wrtie the cardinal numbers on the board: oh, one, two, three, four, five. - Read them again. - Ask the Ss to repeat in chorus. - Call on some Ss read them one by one. - Have them play a game: Rub out and remember. - -Pair work -Individual work 3. Practice. (13 minutes) - Open the tape twice ex 1. - Ask the s to repeat in chorus. - Get some pairs to practice again. - Correct their pronunciations. - Ask the s to listen to the tape of ex 2 twice. - Ask the s to repeat in chorus. - Correct their pronunciations. - -Pair work 4. Production. C- Teaching aids. - A book, objects of teaching, a cassette, CD player, cards, posters, pictures. D- Teaching method. - Community, technique. E – Teaching process Stages Content Activities 1.Warm up (2 minutes) -Jumble words: cardinal numbers from oh to five. -Practice greeting in pair. -Pair work 2. Presentation (13 minutes) -Give new words: family name ( England), name ( Vietnam). -Read in chorus and individually. -Give the S five pieces with 5 contents of the dialogue. -Ask the Ss to close the books. -Ask the Ss to listen to the tape twice. -Have the Ss order those pieces of paper. -Have the Ss look at the dialogue in the book to compare their answers with its content.
