Luật Doanh nghiệp mới, thống nhất, bình đẳng cho thành phần kinh tế đời, với nhiều chủ trơng sách Đảng Nhà nớc đợc ban hành nhằm khuyến khích, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho doanh nghiệp phát triển, doanh nghiệp FDI phát triển vợt bậc năm qua Lợi nhuận trớc thuế doanh nghiệp FDI năm 2006 đạt tới 86,2 nghìn tỷ đồng, chiếm 51,6% tổng lợi nhuận toàn bé doanh nghiƯp n−íc, b»ng 4,1 lÇn so víi năm 2000; Đóng góp vào ngân sách nhà nớc năm 2006 khu vực 85,7 nghìn tỷ đồng, chiếm 44,7% đóng góp chung toàn doanh nghiệp nớc, tăng 3,6 lần so với năm 2000 Để đáp ứng yêu cầu đối tợng sử dụng thông tin, Tổng cục Thống kê biên soạn công bố lần ấn phẩm Đầu t nớc Việt Nam năm đầu kỷ XXI Nội dung ấn phẩm gồm thông tin phản ánh trình phát triển doanh nghiệp FDI thời kỳ 2000 - 2006 sở cập nhật, tổng hợp thông tin thu đợc từ điều tra doanh nghiệp hàng năm Tổng cục Thống kê Nội dung ấn phẩm gồm: - Đánh giá tổng quan hoạt động đầu t nớc Việt Nam năm đầu kỷ XXI - Phần I: Số liệu toàn doanh nghiệp Việt In which, the foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises is an important part, presents high proportion day by day in the growth rate of the whole enterprises Vietnam Especially from 2000, with the promulgation of new enterprise Law for all type of enterprises as well as many policies of Vietnam Government, all type of enterprises, especially FDI enterprises have been developing rapidly past years Profit before tax of FDI enterprises in 2006 reached 86.2 thousand billion VND, accounted for 51.6 percent of total profit of whole enterprises, 4.1 times in comparison with that of 2000; contribution to state budget in 2006 achieved 85.7 thousand billion VND, accounted for 44.7 percent of that of whole enterprises, 3.6 times compared to that of 2000 To meet with requirements of users, the General Statistics Office (GSO) compiles and publishes information “Foreign Direct Investment in Vietnam years at the beginning of century 21st” The content of the book includes information on the development of the FDI enterprise in the period of 20002006 based on updating, collecting the diverse information from annually enterprise surveys of the GSO The content of the book includes: Overview
