HCM Vin Khoa hc và Công ngh Vit Nam (VAST), Vit Nam TÓM TT Gn đây, vic cho phép s dng vi mc đích dân s các loi nh vin thám có đ phân gii siêu cao (Quickbird có đ phân gii t 0.61m – 2.4m, IKONOS có đ phân gii t 1m – 4m) đã m ra các hng ng dng mi trong lnh vc giám sát b mt Trái đt (môi trng, nông nghip, lâm nghip ) nh: thành lp các bn đ chuyên đ (bn đ thc ph, bn đ rng ) có t l ln (t l 1/10.000 hoc hn) vi đ chính xác cao. Nhng nm trc đây, nhng vic này ph thuc nhiu vào d liu không nh và đo đc thc đa va tn kém và mt nhiu thi gian. Nghiên cu di đây đ xut phng pháp xác đnh cây xanh khu vc đô th t nh vin thám Quickbird. Quá trình x lý bao gm hai bc chính: bc th nht, xác đ nh nh t s NDVI đ phân chia các đi tng thành hai loi: thc ph và không thc ph; bc th hai, tin hành x lý và hiu chnh tách các đi tng cây xanh đô th. ABSTRACT Recently, high resolution satellite imageries such as Quickbird (0.61-2.4 meter resolution) and Ikonos (1.0-4.0 meter resolution) have been permitted to widely use for civil purposes (plant- cover mapping, forest mapping, ect. in the scale of 1:10.000 with high accuracy). This paper presents a procedure to determine urban vegetation using Quickbird high resolution satellite imageries. The analysis consists of 2 main steps: the first step is to determine ratio image (NDVI) to classify objects into covered-plants and uncovered-plants; the second one is to process and adjust objects in the coverd-plant areas in order to obtain the classification in more details. 1. GII THIU Cây xanh đô th có vai trò rt quan trng đi vi cuc sng con ngi. Ngoài các tác dng hu ích ca cây xanh, cây xanh đô th còn có tác d ng to cnh quan, th hin s phát trin và hin đi ca mt đô th. Theo phng pháp truyn thng, vic qun lý, thng kê s lng, din tích cây xanh đô th thng đc tin hành bng cách đo đc và kim tra thc đa hoc đo v, tính toán t không nh (nh máy bay). Tuy nhiên, nhng phng pháp này mt rt nhiu thi gian và tn kém kinh phí. Hn na, nhng phng pháp này thng đc tin hành nhiu nm mt ln. Vì th, vic cp nht nhng bin đng, cng nh vic khái quát bc tranh tng th cây xanh đô th là rt khó. Ngày nay, s phát trin vt bc ca công Hi ngh khoa hc và công ngh ln th 9, Trng i hc Bách khoa Tp. HCM, 11/10/2005 125 ngh vin thám, các nh có đ phân gii siêu cao ngày càng đc thng mi hóa và đc ng dng mnh m trong vic giám sát, theo dõi nhng bin đng b mt v Trái đt. c bit, vi nhng u đim vt tri (đ phân gii không gian 0.61m, din tích bao ph ln, thi gian lp bay chp ngn, chi phí thp), nh Quickbird có th cung cp d liu v cây xanh đ ô th, giúp cho vic xác đnh nhng bin đng và giám sát môi trng mt cách nhanh chóng, chính xác. V trí khu vc nh Quickbird mu đc chn dùng trong nghiên cu là mt phn khu vc Qun 1, khu vc trung tâm thành ph H Chí Minh, đc thu nhn vào ngày 09, tháng 01, nm 2004. 2.
