Teaching plan 7 THE 1 ST WEEK Preparing: Sep 1 st , 2007. The 1 st period Teaching: Sep 4 th , 2007. GIỚI THIỆU MÔN HỌC VÀ HƯỚNG DẪN CÁCH HỌC I/ Mục đích của môn tiếng Anh - Thông qua các bài đối thoại, đoạn văn, mẫu câu, luyện cho học sinh sử dụng thành thạo cấu trúc, ôn luyện từ vựng theo từng chủ điểm bài học. - Rèn luyện cho học sinh thành thạo 4 kỹ năng: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing. - Học sinh áp dụng được vốn kiến thức vào những tình huống giao tiếp thông thường. II/ Cách học bộ môn tiếng Anh 1, Cách sử dụng Sách giáo khoa và Sách bài tập Sách tiếng Anh lớp 7 gồm 16 đơn vị bài học, mỗi đơn vị bài học là một chủ đề. Học sinh luyện nói trên lớp, lắng nghe và tiếp thu bài giảng; ghi chép đầy đủ, học thuộc từ vựng và làm bài tập ở nhà. 2,Về ngữ pháp: Học thuộc các cấu trúc câu, tự đặt câu và áp dụng vào tình huống giao tiếp thực tế. 3, Về phát âm : Để phát âm chuẩn và chính xác thì cần phải lắng nghe cẩn thận, luyện đọc nhiều lần và nghe máy. III/ Chuẩn bị vở - Một vở ghi bài học ở lớp, một vở làm bài tập ở nhà. - Dùng bút chì làm bài tập trong Sách giáo khoa và Sách bài tập. IV/ Về nhà Chuẩn bị đầy đủ sách vở và xem trước bài mới chuẩn bị cho tiết học đầu tiên. *************************************** Teaching plan 7 UNIT 1: BACK TO SCHOOL (P.10 – P.18) A/ FRIENDS AIMS: By the end of the lesson Ss will be able to: - Greet people. - Indentify oneself. Middle name So am I Just fine Me, too Not bad Address Pretty good Teaching plan 7 The 2 nd period Preparing: Sep 2 nd , 2006 Teaching : Sep 7 th , 2006 UNIT 1 LESSON 1: A1 I/ OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson Ss will be able to greet and introduce about themselves. II/ SKILLS: - Main skills: Speaking. - Sub skills: Reading, writing, listening. III/ TEACHING AIDS: Flipchart, pictures. IV/ PROCEDURES: 1.Warm up: Slap the board T reads, Ss listen and slap the suitable response. A/ What’s your name? Good bye. B/ How are you today? Yes, I am. C/ What class are you in? My name’s Hoa D/ Good bye Class 7A. E/ Are you a new student? Very well. Thanks. 2/ Presentation: Teaching plan 7 - T asks Ss close their books. - T : “ I’m very happy to meet you again after the Summer holiday.How about you?” - T asks: How many students are there in your class? Are there any new students in your class? a) Present the dialogue : T uses the picture in the text book to introduce the situation of the dialogue. b) Present the vocabulary : Nice (adj): tốt, đẹp, hay. Nice to see you. Nice to meet you. Ex : S1: I’m a student. S2: I’m a student, too./ So am I. (Me, too.) 3/ Practice: - T asks Ss to open their books. - Ss listen then repeat the dialogue. - Ss work in pairs to practise the dialogue a, b. - T gives some questions, Ss anwser in pairs: a) What is the new girl’s name? b) What class is she in? c) Who is also in class 7A? 4/ Consolidation: * Mapped dialogue (flipchart) MY HUNG morning . . morning Nice again. too. II/ SKILLS: Main skill: reading. Sub skills: speaking, listening, writing. III/ TEACHING AIDS: Flipchart, textbook. IV/ PROCEDURES: 1/ Warm up and check up: - Warm up: Jumbled words. Who is this? Who are they? How many schools are there in the picture? - T: Yes. Hoa is a new student in class 7A in Ha Noi. b) Present vocabulary : Different (adj) Happy # unhappy (adj) (to) miss (v) Check vocabulary: T says in Vietnamese, Ss say in English. 3/ While – reading: a) True / False statements : (flipchart) + Hoa is from Hue. + She lives with her parents in Ha Noi. + She has a lot of friends in Ha Noi. + She misses her friends in Hue. + She is very happy now. b) Comprehensionquestions : (flipchart) + Where is Hoa from? + Who is she staying with? + Does she have a lot of friends in Ha Noi? + How is her new school different from her old school? + Why is she unhappy? Ss read the text in silence, then work in pairs to disscuss the anwsers. 4/ Post – reading: ( Books closed ) a) Gap – filling : ( in groups ) Teaching plan 7 Hoa is a (1) .student in class 7A in (2) .She is from (3) .She lives with her (4) in Ha NoiShe has (5) friends in Hue but she doesn’t have (6) .friends in Ha Noi. Good bye. - Ss work in pairs to arrange the sentences to complete the dialogue. - Ss listen to the tape and check. Teaching plan 7 - T gives feedback. b) Open dialogues: (T writes 4a, 4b on the flipcharts.) - T introduces the situation of the 2 dialogues. - Ss guess the words or sentences to fill in the gaps. - Ss listen to the tape and check. 4/ Post – reading: - Ss write th completed dialogue, using cues. - Ss work in pairs. - T uses the flipchart.
