- Introduce name : using “Hello.I’m + name”

- Introduce new subject

*PRESENTATION

Activity 1 : Look,listen and repeat

• Teacher:- Have Ss turn their book page 6

- Ask Ss the names of the characters and what they say

- Explain the difference between Hi and Hello

+ Hi is very formal Ss can use with friends but not withan

adult,e.g a teacher

+ Hello is also informal and friendly but more formal than

Hi It can be used with teachers and other adults

- Show the picture and elecit the characters in the picture an what they are saying

- Let Ss listen and repeat the new words, sentences after the teacher

- Ask Ss to write down

- Call some Ss to read the new words, sentences before te class

• Ss:- Look at the pictures and listen

Activity 2 : Point and say

Teacher:- Have Ss look at the pictures Ask them to identify the
