- Read for general and specific information about the calories for our health

- Talk about activity and calories

2 Skills: Improve Sts’ reading and speaking skills

3 Attitude: Sts must have positive attitude towards their talk about favourite activities

4 Competencies: evaluate the benefits of eating on diet

- Grammar: Simple present
