Đặc điểm tình hình:  Thuận lợi: - Điều kiện đảm bảo cho dạy học tốt - Học sinh hăng hái học Tiếng Anh  Khó khăn: - Lớp khá đông (45-46hs/lớp) - Học sinh học 2 ca - Khả năng nhận thức chậm,kien thưc cu quen nhieu, moi truong de su dung tieng anh chua co II – Phương hướng, nhiệm vụ, mục tiêu, Chỉ tiêu phấn đấu về các mặt hoạt động: 1. Giảng dạy lý thuyết: 2. Tổ chức thực hành cac ky nang nghe,noi,doc,viet tai phong hoc tieng,phong da nang, cau lac bo… TruongTHPT DAITU- Nguyen Thi Huong Lan 2 3. Tổ chức thăm quan thực tế, ngoại khoá: 4. Bồi dưỡng học sinh giỏi: 5. Phụ đạo hoc sinh yếu, kem: 6. Giáo dục đạo đức, tinh thần thái độ học tập bộ môn của học sinh * Chỉ tiêu phấn đấu: - Tỷ lệ lên lớp thẳng: 60% - Tỷ lệ tốt nghiệp:50% - Học sinh giỏi bộ môn: 5% III – Các Biện pháp chính: 1. Đảm bảo duy trì sỹ số học sinh 2. Tự học, tự bồi dưỡng, nâng cao trình độ tay nghề 3. Nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy, giáo dục đạo đức, liên hệ thực tế cuộc sống 4.
