The aim and objective: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to introduce about themselves and respond to other people and get information about specific places and summarize the dialogue * Language contents: +Vocabulary: revise adjectives , catch a bus, close to, pond., park-keeper, it’s up to you ………………… +Structures: revise simple present tense and suggestion * Techniques: matching, substitution II. Preparation: Teacher : hand out and poster of model dialogue Student : textbook , homework III. Procedures: 1- Warm-up: - T shows the pictures on page 6 and give some questions Prepare 10 cards with numbers on one side and the ss work in two groups countries and their cities on the others - Make sure the countries and their cities are mixed up. - Stick the cards on the board so students can only see the numbers. Devide students into two teams ans ask them to choose two numbers. Turn the cards over and see if they match.
