reach a consultant, who will then contact them As a result, client questions sent over the
web take time to process and do not react to consumer demands quickly Therefore, we believe it is important to develop the chatbot in order to provide the following benefits:

In terms of marketing, the company has only developed advertising on social networking platforms like Facebook and Instagram through the YAMAN VN fan page Although they run ads on both of them, the quantity of individuals who interact and

Besides, the implementation of advertising has consumed the cost of the firm about 2,500,000 to 3,000,000 million per month And the number of people reaching the page's articles has increased one month ago, but usually only about 500 to 1000 people
Moreover, the number of followers is kind of small with a median interaction of about
200 people leading to approaching the company's product through Facebook or Instagram platforms of consumers are low
