YA-MAN VN ABSTRACT This report is to research and planning for improvement for business process of YAMAN VN company – one of representative office of YA-MAN parent LTD in Vietnam We conveniently obtain company specific information because Ms Le Ngoc Quynh Tram – one member of our group who is an employee of that company After we had analysis data from financial report on company’s information system, we decided to plan five improvements about web feature, marketing campaign, distribution to retail networks, logistic and the payment service We conclude that all plans are necessary for company growth and viral brand with a new firm enter to Vietnam market We send our honest thank you to Dr Pham Quoc Trung, who gave us a chance to work together and learnt more about the new field – beauty industry The project and report are successful thanks to the enthusiastic guidance of Dr Trung – our mentor During the planning research, we have chance to analyze business process and experienced the way how business operate their activities Because of the limited data and information of company, we cannot create perfect plans The report includes three main parts (introduction, planning for improvement, conclusion) and two sub-sessions (abstract and references) We have not lots of experiences of business planning, so that this report bases on our academic knowledges and how we feel as a customer’s view It cannot avoid shortcoming and mistake We hope you will sympathize with us and scroll down to review our plans lOMoARcPSD|15978022 YA-MAN LTD - YA-MAN VN also increases the external failure cost Moreover, there are many fastidious customers who expect faster delivery orders, so if the time is delayed or too long, it will decrease customer's satisfaction In the worst case, they might write terrible feedback to complain about the order on social media, impacting the brand to consumers who are intending to buy the company's products All these disadvantages restrict customers' online purchases from YA-MAN VN Therefore, YA-MAN VN has to build a strategy for distributing their products to many official retail outlets around Vietnam A well-designed retail network of YA-MAN VN will help to delight customers quickly, in a timely manner, at the right time, at the right place, reduce risky and failure cost in delivery, create the highest customer's satisfaction in selling and viral brand that leading to achieve the final business’s goal is sustainable growth in the beauty industry The plan in distribution to retail networks • After my group analyzed the importance of retail chains for YA-MAN VN, we built an overall plan for this company • First of all, YA-MAN VN needs to research places that have locations with potential premises • Then the business has to find promising partners that the company can cooperate with based on good relationships to determine the reliable partnerships YA-MAN VN has to analyze opportunities and threats or challenges of each place and partner, which depends on the financial situation of the company to decide which one is a better choice • After that, the company needs to prepare a plan for meetings with proposals that benefit both parties A persuasive communicator and fantastic commissions would increase the success of negotiations • Next step, after completely choosing the retail outlets, YA-MAN VN has to build an information system to manage the distribution of orders from some outsourcing technology companies Improvement plan 22 Downloaded by Quang Quang (khoa31141020806@gmail.com) lOMoARcPSD|15978022 YA-MAN LTD - YA-MAN VN Therefore, the company should consider opening more official stores in large malls such as Vincom centers, Parkson, Lanmark center, … Shopping-malls have high traffic thoroughfare, which is the chance to attract more attention from customers and viral the brand As a result, more people will remember YA-MAN VN in their mind if they have a demand to buy beauty products ✓ Challenges Because of the power of shopping malls in branding, the space cost is really expensive such as approximately 10 million VNĐ for every 10m2 in Van Hanh Mall, but YA-MAN VN had no profit during the Covid-19 epidemic at this official store Most businesses, not just YA-MAN VN, have to face the worst situation when the store is closed down It is also the basic principle in business: "trades-off", if a company wants high profits, it must accept the same level of risks How to build a good strategy for distribution to retail networks Nowadays, there are many outsourcing companies that provide solutions for distribution such as Mekong One, iERP Service, DSM pro, … Although we have to pay a fee for solutions, it is effective with small companies like YA-MAN VN and not time consuming The reason is supply companies operate a professional team that specializes in creating and implementing solutions for customers They have more experience in this field, so YA-MAN VN can optimize the success while minimizing risks Therefore, YAMAN VN should contact a service company for solutions of distribution to retail networks, if no employees can that job In addition, YA-MAN VN also needs to build a technology application for supply chain management, inventory or delivery that helps to monitor all transactions between each channel and customers Super managers can directly control the business process of the company by accessing the app to see reports There are some companies such as ATALINK, ECOUNT ERP, BSI service company, provide custom solutions if YA-MAN VN cannot create technology applications by itself 25 Downloaded by Quang Quang (khoa31141020806@gmail.com) lOMoARcPSD|15978022 YA-MAN LTD -
