2007: Started to export hair - 2013: Focused on exporting hair to Europe - 10/ 2015: Dominated the South American market - 07/ 2016: Promoted exports to the North American market while investing in factory improvement and product development - 09/2016: Builded HairVietnam brand and created corporate culture - 11/2016: Invested in Web Marketing, participated in fairs in South American c countries such as Colombia, Brazil, etc - 04/ 2017: Invested in human resource development - 11/ 2018: Created and built the brand VQhair 1.1.2 Business operation area Beautiful Hair Co., Ltd is both a major hair manufacturer and supplier in Vietnam and operates mainly in the business of wigs cut directly from humans Not only meets the needs of domestic customers, but the company also exports to other countries to meet the needs of customers around the world to buy hair products In addition to the domestic supply of hair, the company also imports hair materials from Cambodia for export and sale 1.1.3 Organizational structure and roles of departments - Inventory management: making a table to keep track of the list of materials and inventory quantities Table Activities of departments While working, I had to build an in-depth knowledge about the hair products in case the customers asked me related questions Also, the competitive advantages of our products were what I had to carve in my mind as it was the key to persuade customers to buy our services - Week 2: From January 9th, 2023 to January 15th, 2023 Date Monday (09/01/2023) Wednesday (11/01/2023) Friday (13/01/2023) Time Works - Morning: From 8.30 AM to 12 AM - Afternoon: From 1.30 PM to 5.30 PM - practiced writing posts for social media (facebook, website, instagram); invitations to customers, businesses - listened to the advice of the manager to improve productivity - learned how to handle a call from a customer actively - Morning: From 8.30 AM to 12 AM - Afternoon: From 1.30 PM to 5.30 PM - checked and updated the content on social marketing posts, blogs, etc (according to the available posts) - made some short calls to potential customers to listen to their problems when using the service - works related to customer service - Morning: From 8.30 AM to 12 AM - Afternoon: From 1.30 PM to 5.30 PM - learned how to sell service through the phone - answered customer requests on social media and the company website - wrote down the information on the company’s website: customer’s phone number, interests, date of departure… - cleaned the office Table Internship schedule in week 13 Being a sales & marketing staff, I must also be familiar with rejection and sometimes unfriendly attitudes from clients because I might receive numerous refusals until having a potential customer As a novice, I found it quite challenging to cope with refusal However, when striving to be a professional salesperson, I became more persistent, sometimes stubborn, and brave enough to overcome it - Week 3: From January 30th, 2023 to February 5th, 2023 Date Time Monday (30/01/2023) - Morning: From 8.30 AM to 12 AM - Afternoon: From 1.30 PM to 5.30 PM - made some calls to customers - translated the article of Beautiful Hair’s products into English - received several information that aid the internship report - Morning: From 8.30 AM to 12 AM - Afternoon: From 1.30 PM to 5.30 PM - took charge of the work of a member as she was sick: wrote marketing content, administered the website, collected information of customers on the website, replied to comments … - take part in internal training workshops about business skills: communicating, negotiating, solving problems, etc - faxed the information and informed customers about the confirmed transaction - Morning: From 8.30 AM to 12 AM - Afternoon: From 1.30 PM to 5.30 PM - translated a purchase contract into English and sent it to the leader – Mrs Hang - contacted customers through the phone - interpreting a conversation between the manager and a foreign visitor - Week 4: From February 6th, 2023 to February 8th, 2023 Date Time Works - scanned and stored contracts - Morning: From 8.30 Monday (06/02/2023) AM to 12 AM - Afternoon: From 1.30 PM to 5.30 PM - called a customer – Mr Garibel to confirm the order - noted down the assigned works that were not finished in that week, find out the reasons and also the solutions - received several information that aid the internship report - contacted customers through the phone to send products' information Thursday (07/02/2023) - Morning: From 8.30 - listened to customers’ complaints and AM to 12 AM find ways to solve them - Afternoon: From 1.30 - helped organize the company’s PM to 5.30 PM workshop of “how can Vietnamese hair products compete in the international market?” -
