Phuong An Import Export Trading Service Co., Ltd has had manyopportunities to participate in the dynamic import and export market.Although it is a small company established not long ago, facing manydifficulties when facing the competition of other companies, the companyalways asserted itself in the market

However, the company has built up the trust of customers through theincreasingly improved service quality that the company provides Althoughthe implementation process encountered many difficulties due to the lack ofhuman resources because the company was small and lacked the necessaryequipment to serve the job, that made the employees have the will to strive tocomplete well The goal is to make customers always know themselves as areliable address, wholeheartedly serving customers from easy requirementsto the highest quality requirements

Director is responsible for managing all activities of the company creating abusiness plan and set goals to be achieved, making appointments and dismissing ofmanagement positions, promulgating regulations for internal management Morespecifically, this position also directly signs contracts and is responsible foroperating the company, as the person who is legally responsible for the company The accounting department takes charge of performing financial supervision tasksas prescribed by law, expecting able to plan to balance the budget, calculatingbusiness operations and properly implement the state's policies on finance,insurance, tax, depreciation, salary, bonuses and benefits for employees, setting ofrevenues and expenditures for the company, debt collection, accounting andperiodical reporting

Import-Export department:- Includes 3 department:

Step 1: Sign the contract:

After the foreign trade contract was signed between Kunshan qi yu GermentCo.,Ltd and Thien Y Import-Export Co., Ltd., Kunshan qi yu Germent Co.,Ltdcompany informed about the shipment information to Phuong An Trading andService Co., Ltd to conduct quotations and sign service contracts according to thesame agreements as previous transactions.

Phuong An Trading Service Co., Ltd is authorized to represent Thien Y Export Co., Ltd to carry out customs declaration procedures, sign tax notices, taxpayment receipts, receive shipping documents (sea waybill, commercial invoice,etc.) notification of arrival from shipping lines, delivering the goods to the owner atthe agreed time and place

Import-Step 2: Receive and check the import documents:

After receiving the documents from Kunshan qi yu Germent Co.,Ltd, Thien YImport-Export Co., Ltd will preliminarily check and fax the necessary documents tothe documents department of the import-export department of the company

Receiving information, forwarding staff of Phuong An Tranding Service Co., Ltd.to the shipping company to present the following documents to get delivery orders:

 Arrival notification Sea waybill – 01 telex release Letter of introduction of the enterprise Identity card of the forwarder

The forwarder will pay the freight for the shipping company After paying all theprescribed fees, the shipping line staff will keep the original bill of lading, issue 03copies of Delivery order (D/O) and invoice to the forwarder When receiving a D/O,it is necessary to carefully check the following contents:
