lượng tác động cố định, phương pháp tác động ngẫu nhiên, phương phápướclượngGMMhệthốngcóvàkhơngcóhiệuchỉnhtheoWindmeijer(2005) Mơhìnhnghiêncứuđượctácgiảxâydựngtrêncơsởlýthuyếtgồmkháiniệm,cáclýthuyếtliênquan tác động chuyển đổi số, phát triển tài đến tăngtrưởngkinhtế,cácmơhìnhtácđộngđãđượccácnhànghiêncứupháttriểncùngvớinhững nhữngnghiêncứutrongvàngồinướccóliênquan.Nghiêncứuđượctiếnhành 30 quốc gia châu Á (chiếm tỷ lệ 60% tồn châu lục) giai đoạn 2004- 2019.Cácquốcgiađượclựachọndựatrêncơsởsựcósẵnvềdữliệucủacácbiếnsốtrongmơhìnhnghiên cứu Các quốc gia bao gồm 19 quốc gia phát triển(trongđócóViệtNam),4quốcgiamớinổivà7quốcgiapháttriểntheotiêuchíphânloạiđược đềxuấtbởiNiebel(2018) Kết nghiên cứu cho thấy chuyển đổi số có tác động tích cực đến tăngtrưởngkinhtếtạicácquốcgiachâvàphùhợpvớicácnghiêncứutrướcđây.Tuynhiên, tác động không đồng quốc gia Cụ thể, tác động chuyểnđổisốđếntăngtrưởngkinhtếtạicácquốcgiađangpháttriểnvàmớinổisẽthấphơntácđộngn àytạicácquốc gia pháttriển Bêncạnhđó,kếtquảnghiêncứucũngchothấypháttriểntàichínhcótácđộngtiêu cực đến tăng trưởngkinhtếtạicácquốcgiachâuÁvàphùhợpvớicácnghiêncứu trước Tuy nhiên, biến tương tác chuyển đổi số phát triển tài chínhcótácđộngtíchcựcđếntăngtrưởngkinhtếtạicácquốcgianày.Cụthể,giatăn g bềnvữngvàtránhsựpháttriểnqnóngcũngnhưsựcạnhtranhkhơnglànhmạnhtrongthịtrường ABSTRACT Overthepastdecade,therapiddevelopmentofdigitaltechnologyischangingthe Governments, businesses and people in countries around the way world interactwitheachother.EvidenceshowsthatDigitalTransformationpositivelyaffectsgrowth anddevelopment.WiththegoaltostudytheimpactofdigitaltransformationandfinancialdevelopmentoneconomicgrowthinAsian countries, the author hasbuiltanempiricalresearchmodelandusedthemainmethodswhicharefixedeffectsestimation method,randomeffectmethod,systematicGMMestimationmethodwithandwithout adjustmentaccordingto Windmeijer (2005) The research model is built by the author on the basis of theory, includingconceptsandrelatedtheoriesontheimpactofdigitaltransformation,financialde velopmentoneconomicgrowthandimpactmodelsthathavebeendevelopedbyresearchers together with relevant domestic and foreign researches The study wasconducted in 30 Asian countries (accounting for 60% of the entire continent) in theperiod 2004-2019 Countries are selected on the basis of the data availability of thevariablesintheresearchmodel.Theselectedcountriesinclude19developingcountries (including Vietnam), emerging countries and7 developed countriesaccordingtotheclassificationcriteriaproposedbyNiebel(2018) Research results show that digital transformation has a positive impact oneconomicgrowthinAsiancountriesandisconsistentwithpreviousstudies.However, this effect is not uniform across countries Specifically, the impact ofdigitaltransformationoneconomicgrowthindevelopingandemergingcountrieswillbelowertha nthisimpactindevelopedcountries Besides, the researchresults alsoshow thatfinancial development has anegative impacton economic growth in Asian countries and is consistent withprevious studies However, the interaction variable between digital transformationandf i n a n c i a l developmenth a s a p o s i t i v e i m p a c t o n e c o n o m i c g r o w t h i n t h e s e countries.S p e c i f i c a l l y , i n c r e a s i n g d i g i t a l t r a n s f o r m a t i o n c a n l i m i t t h e n e g a t i v e i m p a c t offinancialdevelopmentoneconomicgrowth Fromtheaboveresearchresults,theauthorproposessomepolicyimplicationsfor Asian countriesintakingadvantageofthebenefitsofdigitaltransformation.Typically, these countries need to promote the trend of digitization in many fields ofeconomy,transportation,education,andhealth.Inwhich,focusingondevelopingthedigitaleconom ytowardsdevelopingthee-commercemarket,paymentsystem,investing in the development of broadband network system, increasing people'sInternet access and actively creating conditions to attract businesses
