sinh viên Sự gia tăng số lượng sinh viên quốc tế tồn giới nhiều lợi ích mà giáo dục quốc tế đem lại (Nghia, 2019) Trong ngắn hạn, du học tạo tác động tích cực đến hiểu biết đa văn hóa sinh viên, khả thích ứng với khác biệt văn hóa khả ngoại ngữ (Potts, 2015) Về lâu dài, kinh nghiệm giúp sinh viên có cơng việc tốt hơn, từ đó, cải thiện điều kiện chung sống họ (Paige cộng sự, 2009) Những lợi ích giá trị thúc đẩy nhiều sinh viên lựa chọn du học hình thức đầu tư dài hạn để phát triển thân Giáo dục quốc tế trở thành “hàng hóa” ngành xuất lớn nhiều quốc gia (Levatino cộng sự, 2018) Các nghiên cứu gần sinh viên quốc tế có lợi cho tổ chức quốc gia sở (Chellaraj cộng sự, 2005; Deloitte Access Economics, 2015) Đối mặt với việc giảm hỗ trợ tài nhà nước, trường đại học nhiều quốc gia chuyển sang hỗ trợ sinh viên quốc tế để có nguồn thu tiềm (Gopal, 2016) Đồng thời, thứ hạng toàn cầu trường đại học tầm quan trọng ngày tăng lực ngoại ngữ (đặc biệt tiếng Anh) khiến sinh viên phụ huynh sử dụng giáo dục quốc tế phương tiện để tích lũy vốn văn hóa có giá trị thị trường lao động, nước toàn cầu (Waters, 2006) Trong năm qua, q trình thương mại hóa giáo dục quốc tế ngày gia tăng, việc du học trở nên dễ tiếp cận (Liu‐Farrer cộng sự, 2019) Bất có đủ khả chi trả học phí chi phí sinh hoạt du học Mặc dù chương trình du học nước phát triển không mang lại tiện lợi công nghệ tiên tiến quốc gia phát triển (Falk Kanach, 2000) Nhưng giới tồn cầu hóa, cơng cụ (Braskamp cộng sự, 2009) Những năm gần chứng kiến phát triển giáo dục quốc tế nước châu Á (Nghia, 2019) Số lượng tuyển sinh ngày tăng đặc trưng cho SVTH: Nguyễn Dương Quỳnh Anh Khóa luận tốt nghiệp GVHD: PGS.TS Cao Minh Trí giáo dục đại học nước phát triển (Truong cộng sự, 2021) Ở nhiều nước khu vực Đông Nam Á, bao gồm Việt Nam, Indonesia Thái Lan, tiếp cận giáo dục đại học tăng nhanh nhiều so với tốc độ tăng dân số (Truong cộng sự, 2021) Trong năm trở lại đây, giáo dục đại học Việt Nam đạt tiến đột phá chất lượng đào tạo Điều giúp cho giáo dục đại học Việt Nam ngày nhận công nhận quốc tế Trong đó, chứng kiến gia tăng số lượng lớn việc đối tác nước trường đại học Việt Nam liên kết đào tạo chương trình quốc tế Theo thống kê từ Cục Hợp tác quốc tế (Bộ GD&ĐT) công bố năm 2022, trường đại học Việt Nam có 400 chương trình đào tạo cho bậc đại học liên kết với nước ngồi Trong số chương trình sở giáo đại học tự chủ cấp phép 186, GD&ĐT cấp phép 222 chương trình Bên cạnh đó, “Ngày có nhiều sở Giáo dục Đại học Việt Nam ngành đào tạo công nhận bảng xếp hạng trường đại học uy tín giới châu Á Nhiều sinh viên quốc tế lựa chọn đến Việt Nam du học để trải nghiệm văn hóa mơi trường học tập mới” (Trung tâm Truyền thông Giáo dục, Bộ Giáo dục Đào tạo) Đa dạng ngành học, lĩnh vực đối tác nhận định đại diện Cục hợp tác quốc tế thuộc GD&ĐT đề cập đến chương trình liên kết đào tạo Việt Nam Chiếm khoảng 25% với 101 chương trình đào tạo, vương quốc Anh dẫn đầu chương trình liên kết Việt Nam số lượng Vềcác lưu học sinh tiếp nhận, Cục Hợp tác quốc tế (Bộ GD&ĐT) thông tin thêm, giai đoạn 2016 - 2021, năm Việt Nam đón trung bình từ 4.000 đến 6.000 sinh viên nước ngồi Năm 2019 tiếp nhận số lượng lớn với 6.300 lưu học sinh 3000 lưu học sinh năm số lượng Việt Nam tiếp nhận năm chịu ảnh hưởng COVID-19 Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội thu hút sinh nhiều sinh viên nước với 74 quốc tịch Đại học Quốc gia TP.HCM xếp thứ với việc thu hút sinh viên nước đến từ
