PHẦN THỨ NHẤT: Kế hoạch Chung A/Những căn cứ để xây dựng kế hoạch:

- Nhiệm vụ trọng tâm của nghành : Tiếp tục xây dựng kỷ cương và nâng cao chất lợng chất lượng

1 Tăng cờng kỷ cơng, nề nếp, coi trọng giáo dục học sinh cá biệt

2 Nâng cao chất lợng giáo dục toàn diện, trong đó chú trọng chất lợng văn hóa đại trà, chất lợng các cuộc thi, đặc biệt là thi học sinh giỏi và giáo viên dạy giỏi cấp tỉnh

3 Tiếp tục công tác bồi dỡng cán bộ quản lý, giáo viên về công nghệ thông tin nhằm đổi mới phơng pháp quản lý, phơng pháp dạy, phơng pháp học, phơng pháp lập ma trận trong kiểm tra, đánh giá theo chuẩn kiến thức, kỹ năng và việc điều chỉnh nội dung giáo dục phổ thông

4 Tiếp tục đổi mới công tác đánh giá các hoạt động của các trờng công bằng, thực chất làm động lực tốt cho thi đua

+ Điều kiện kinh tế địa phơng: Địa phơng có nhiều gia đình khá giả ,nhiều công ty, doanh nghiệp

+ Nhận thức của nhân dân về giáo dục cũng đợc nâng cao, do nhiều ngời dân có kiến thức ,luôn quan tâm đến việc học tập của con em

- Định hớng phát triển trong nhng năm tiếp theo : Địa phơng đang trong qúa trình xây dựng vùng nông thôn mới,nhiều trờng, cơ sở vật chất

đang trong qúa trình sửa chữa và xây mới,tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho giáo dục địa phơng

- Nhà trờng:

+ Cơ sở vật chất đang ngày càng hoàn thiện và đạt trờng chuẩn quốc gia

+ Trang thiết bị và đồ dung dạy học không ngừng tăng cờng , đặc biệt số lợng máy vi tính ,hệ thống máy chiếu đợc nhà trờng chú trọng đầu t cho việc ứng dụng CNTT vào dạy và học

- Giáo viên;

+ Số lợng giáo viên trên chuẩn cao

+ Đội ngũ giáo viên cơ bản đều là trẻ,nhiệt tình, yêu nghề ,yêu học sinh,năng động ,sáng tạo,Có phẩm chất tốt

+ Về phía học sinh : đa số các em ngoan ngoãn,chăm chỉ ,có ý thức học tập bộ môn.

+ Ban giám hiệu thờng xuyên ,nhiệt tình bám trờng

b.Khó khăn :

- Địa phơng :

+ Là một xã tuy có nền kinh tế tơng đối phát triển nhng do một số thôn có nghề phụ: đi thuyền, bố mẹ đi Miền Nam làm ăn nên sự quan tâm

đến việc học tập của con em mình còn nhiều hạn chế Hơn nữa trong xã có trờng cấp 3,có nhiều dịch vụ vui chơi giải trí, nên tệ nạn xã hội luôn rình rập sẵn sàng xâm nhập vào

- Nhà trờng

+ Nhà trờng cha có phòng học chức năng riêng cho môn Tiếng Anh

+ Tranh ảnh minh họa có nhng không nhiều

+ Kỹ năng nghe, nói ,đọc viết cũng hạn chế

- Giáo viên :

+ Số lợng giáo viên trong năm học cũng thiếu ở một số môn nh văn ,Toán……

- Bản thân cũng cố nhiều hạn chế do không phải ngời địa phơng đi lại gặp nhiều khó khăn

2 Chất lợng môn tiếng Anh qua khảo sát đầu năm

I.Đối với giáo viên:

2 Chỉ tiêu xếp loại văn hóa bộ môn cuối kì

3 Chỉ tiêu về thực hiện qui chế chuyên môn, chơng trình TKB :

- Qui chế chuyên môn: Thực hiện tốt không vi phạm

- Chơng trình; Thực hiện đúng theo phân phôi chơng trình

- Đồ đùng thực hiện thờng xuyên Có ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin vào dạy học

a Thực hiện tốt chơng trình thời khoá biểu, không cắt xén, dồn ép hay đảo lộn chơng trình

b.Soạn bài đầy đủ ,đúng mẫu yêu cầu quy định,soạn bài đúng thời gian quy định(trớc 3 ngày), soạn bài sạch sẽ,khoa học,thể hiện đợc nội dung

và phơng pháp bài giảng

c.Tận dụng đủ 45 phút trên lớp ,không ra sớm,vào muộn

d.Thực hiện chấm chữa bài nghiêm túc ,đúng quy định

e.Thờng xuyên rèn luyện cho học sinh các kỹ năng thông qua các bài giảng,thực hành,luyện tập cấu trúc

f.Luôn trau dồi cải tiến phơng pháp thông qua:

- Dự đủ số giờ quy định,thờng xuyên rút kinh nghiệm.

- Học hỏi kinh nghiệm của các đồng nghiệp

- Tham gia đầy đủ các lớp học bồi dỡng

g.Phụ đạo học sinh yếu và bồi dơng học sinh giỏi

- Tiến hành theo quy định của ngành,nhà trờng

- Phân công học sinh theo nhóm

h.Khen –chê học sinh công bằng ,kịp thời ,tạo niềm tin cho học sinh

II.Đối với học sinh :

- Học bài, làm bài tập ,soạn bài đầy đủ trớc khi đến lớp

- Trong giờ học chu ý nghe giảng ,ghi chép bài đầy đủ

- Đầy đủ sgk,vở ghi,vở bài tập,dụng cụ học tập

- Nghiêm túc ,trung thực trong kiểm tra,thi cử
