(ii) Theo định, yêu cầu pháp luật quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền; (iii) Khi có cố nguyên nhân bất khả kháng, vượt phạm vi kiểm soát VPB FC - Được miễn trách nhiệm trường hợp: Hệ thống xử lý, mạng viễn thơng… bị trục trặc cố ngồi khả kiểm sốt VPB FC; thơng tin, tài khoản, email, điện thoại, sim điện thoại Khách hàng bị lợi dụng bị mất, bị đánh cắp trường hợp khác lỗi Khách hàng - Khi nâng cấp, phát triển Dịch vụ, VPB FC phép bổ sung, cung cấp thêm tiện ích Dịch vụ cho Khách hàng mà không cần Khách hàng đăng ký bổ sung Dịch vụ - Các quyền khác theo quy định VPB FC pháp luật 1.2 Nghĩa vụ VPB FC: Phone number to receive notifications related to accounts and transactions Email to receive notifications related to accounts and transactions Trang 2/6 VPBANK FINANCE COMPANY LIMITED 2nd Floor, REE Tower Bldg, Doan Van Bo, Wrd 12, Dst 4, HCMC - Giải yêu cầu, khiếu nại Khách hàng liên quan đến việc sử dụng Dịch vụ - Bảo mật thông tin tài khoản Khách hàng theo quy định có liên quan pháp luật - Các nghĩa vụ khác theo quy định VPB FC pháp luật Quyền nghĩa vụ Khách hàng: 2.1 Quyền Khách hàng: - Được sử dụng Dịch vụ đăng ký với VPB FC sử dụng thêm tiện ích Dịch vụ mà VPB FC nâng cấp, phát triển - Yêu cầu VPB FC đăng ký/ hủy bỏ quyền truy cập yêu cầu khác có liên quan đến Dịch vụ - Yêu cầu VPB FC hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ trình sử dụng Dịch vụ - Yêu cầu VPB FC thay đổi thông tin truy cập dịch vụ trường hợp phát hiện/nghi ngờ có sai sót, rủi ro xảy - Khiếu nại giao dịch có sai sót nghi ngờ sai sót q trình sử dụng Dịch vụ - Các quyền khác theo quy định VPB FC pháp luật 2.2 Nghĩa vụ Khách hàng: - Đọc, hiểu, tuân thủ thủ tục đăng ký hướng dẫn VPB FC, quy định Điều khoản điều kiện sử dụng Dịch vụ - Cung cấp đầy đủ, xác, bổ sung kịp thời có thay đổi thơng tin giấy tờ cần thiết theo quy định VPB FC đăng ký/ hủy bỏ Dịch vụ và/ yêu cầu liên quan khác - Sử dụng đúng, tự quản lý, bảo đảm an tồn bảo mật thơng tin tài khoản mật truy cập Dịch vụ - Thông báo kịp thời cho VPB FC phát nghi ngờ việc truy cập trái phép; lộ tài khoản truy cập; tượng giả mạo, gian lận khác - Phối hợp với VPB FC để giải có sai sót cố phát sinh (nếu có) q trình sử dụng Dịch vụ - Thanh tốn đầy đủ khoản phí Dịch vụ (nếu có) - Các nghĩa vụ khác theo quy định VPB FC pháp luật Phí dịch vụ: VPB FC khơng thu phí đăng ký Dịch vụ Tuy nhiên, trường hợp VPB FC nâng cấp, phát triển Dịch vụ, Khách hàng đồng ý toán cho VPB FC phí Dịch vụ phát sinh tương ứng, mức phí thời gian áp dụng (các) mức phí phát sinh thông báo cụ thể đến Khách hàng trước áp dụng III TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USING SERVICE Rights and obligations of VPB FC: 1.1 Rights of VPB FC: Trang 3/6 VPBANK FINANCE COMPANY LIMITED 2nd Floor, REE Tower Bldg, Doan Van Bo, Wrd 12, Dst 4, HCMC - To request the Customer to provide sufficient and accurate information in accordance with VPB FC and regulations at law - To temporarily suspend or terminate Service use in any of following cases: (i) the Customer violate regulations at law, violate the Terms and conditions of using Service; (ii) According to a decision or requirements of law or competent authorities; (iii) When incidents occur due to force majeure, beyond the control of VPB FC - To be exempt from liabilities in following cases: treatment system, telecommunication network, etc have problems or incidents beyond the control of VPB FC; Customer’s information, accounts, email, phone, phone sim are taken advantage of due to loss, theft or other cases due to Customer’s fault - In case of upgrading and developing the Service, VPB FC is allowed to supplement and provide more Services to the Customer without requesting the Customer to register to add the Service - Other rights as prescribed by VPB FC and by law 1.2 Obligations of VPB FC - To settle claims and complaints of the Customer related to the use of the Service - To keep confidential Customer’s account information in accordance with relevant provisions of law - Other obligations as prescribed by VPB FC and by law Rights and obligations of the Customer: 2.1 Rights of the Customer: - To use the Services which having registered with VPB FC and use the additional Services having upgraded or developed by VPB FC To request VPB FC to register/cancel the access right and other requests related to the Service - To request VPB FC to give instructions and provide assistance in the process of using the Service - To request VPB FC to change information to access the Service in case of detection/suspicion of any error or risk - Complaints about transactions when arising any errors or having any doubt about errors in the process of using the Service - Other rights as prescribed by VPB FC and by law 2.2 Obligations of the Customer: - Đọc, hiểu, tuân thủ thủ tục đăng ký hướng dẫn VPB FC, quy định Điều khoản điều kiện sử dụng Dịch vụ To read, understand and comply with the registration procedures and instructions of VPB FC, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of using the Service Trang 4/6 VPBANK FINANCE COMPANY LIMITED 2nd Floor, REE Tower Bldg, Doan Van Bo, Wrd 12, Dst 4, HCMC - To provide additional information sufficiently and accurately in a timely manner if there are any changes to the necessary information and documents in accordance with VPB FC when registering/canceling the Service and/or other related requests - To properly use, self-manage and ensure the security and confidentiality of account information and password for accessing the Service - To promptly notify VPB FC whenever detecting or suspecting an unauthorized access;
