case study of Thang Long University, the author points out six determinants of administrative staffs' work motivation in descending order of impact as follows: Impact of the university; Working environment; Social relationships; Performance capacity; Job characteristics; Career decision On that basis, the paper proposes some implications for the administrators to enhance the work motivation
