building a virtual temperature sensor based on the mathematical model of the motor The system consists of components, the actual system and the virtual system, controlled by the scada screen The real system includes three-phase asynchronous motor, dc generator, real PLC, inverter and sensors for temperature, speed, voltage, and current The virtual system includes 3D models, simulation models and mathematical models of engines The scada system controls and exchanges data with real and virtual PLCs through the S7.NET library The voltage, current, speed data of the motor is collected by the real PLC and transmitted to the virtual PLC The virtual PLC then exchanges signals with the 3D modeling software and simulates the mathematical model of the motor From there calculate the virtual
