Well I don’t enjoy eating out much It sounds attractive until you have to eat out a lot It gets really expensive, especially if I go to places that cook well Since restaurant food is engineered more for a splurge than as part of a daily diet, it's difficult to eat the way I want to over an extended period of eating out At the present, I really only eat out when I have a specific craving for something I haven't eaten in a very long time How often you eat out?
