ảnh hưởng; giải pháp; liên kết Abstract: The Mekong delta is one of the three deltas in the world that suffer considerably from climate change and elevated sea level In order to survive and sustainably develop, an interdiscipline, regional, interregional and international approach is required Constructive and non-constructive solutions need to be implemented on the basis of a “non-regret” principle when faced an uncertain future That requirement depends on the vision of the future, enhanced regional linkage, and active adaptation to climate change and elevated sea level This article analysed and evaluated the effects of climate change to the Mekong delta, the current situation of coping with climate change, therefore suggested some solutions to enhance regional linkage to cope with climate change in the Mekong delta Keywords: Mekong delta;
