SAMPLE 1: Some people claim that television is harmful, while others think of television as a best friend Now I would like to talk about the benefits and drawbacks of watching TV Benefit: - In this busy, expensive life, television is an easy and cheap source of entertainment By watching international news, we are kept informed and up-to-date with breaking news around the world - Another advantage is that television can also be a good way to help people learn a different language Some shows can motivate people who are interested in that field and help them to pursue their dreams - Finally, TV can expand your mind Some shows let you travel vicariously and teach you about different people, cultures, ideas, and places you might never encounter in real life Watching a variety of lOMoARcPSD|12612758 Reading newspapers will give you a better idea about the politics of your country Newspapers can help you find jobs A Newspaper is a very professional document, and there is a minimum chance of false or inaccurate news Reading a newspaper regularly will help you to read much faster 10 Newspapers improve one’s way of writing 24/ Do you think universities prepare well enough for your future careers? Today, a lot of teenagers find it difficult to choose between getting a job or continuing their education after graduating from high school Even though there are some benefits of working straight after school, I believe that going to college or university is the better option There are several reasons why people believe that getting a job is the better choice First, if people start to work at the age of 18, they could earn money on their own and be able to live independently without their parents’ financial support In fact, many students in Western countries tend to find a job after high school to afford their living Second, people who choose to start their career early instead of going to university or college can have more opportunities to gain real experience and learn exclusive skills for their jobs Therefore, this may bring out a good chance of getting promoted to higher positions such as managers or executives On the other hand, I strongly believe that students would gain more benefits if they continue their studies Firstly, a plenty of employers might ask for high academic qualifications from people applying for some professional jobs For many high-paying jobs such as statisticians, economists, and medical jobs, master’s degree is one of the most vital requirements Secondly, today job market is more competitive and a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in your resumé can be a huge advantage compared to other applicants Employers would prefer a person who has an adequate amount of knowledge to work efficiently with less training time For the above reasons, it seems to me that students with higher academic background are likely to be more successful in pursuing their dream jobs 25/ Do you think that computers can totally replace human teachers in the future? There have been immense advances in technology in most aspects of people’s lives, especially in the field of education Nowadays, an increasing number of students rely on computers for research and to produce a perfect paper for school purposes Others have decided to leave the original way of learning and to get knowledge through online schools These changes in the learning process have brought a special concern regarding the possible decrease of importance of teachers in the classroom Some people believe the role of teachers started to fade because computers have been helping some students to progress in their studies quicker compared to studies in an original classroom For lOMoARcPSD|12612758 example, in the same classroom, students have different intellectual capacities, thus some would be tied to a slow advance in their studies because of others’ incapability of understanding In this way, pupils could progress in their acquisition of knowledge at their own pace using computers instead of learning from teachers However, the presence of a teacher is essential for students because the human contact influences them in positive ways Firstly, students realize that they are not dealing with a machine but with a human being who deserves attention and respect They also learn the importance of studying in a group and respect for other students, which helps them improve their social skills Moreover, teachers are required in the learning process because they acknowledge some students’ deficiencies and help them to solve their problems by repeating the same explanation, giving extra exercises or even suggesting a private tutor Hence, students can have a better chance of avoiding a failure in a subject In conclusion, the role for teachers in the learning process is still very important and it will continue to be such in the future because no machine can replace the human interaction and its consequences 26/ What are advantages and disadvantages of online learning Recently traditional forms of learning have been developed new technologies Cosequently, more and more people are choosing to improve skills using online learning Majority of people say it is beneficial whereas others argue that online education has disadvantages as well Online method of education are advantageous for many reasons First of all, it is a very convenience A human can use a computer access and Internet connection anywhere, for example, at home, outdoor or even on a bus This benefit is especially important for people who live in remote ar rural areas and cannot recolate or commute to school However, it is also useful for parents who want to study young children at home or any student who prefers to work in the comfort of their own home or coffee On the other hand, online learning has the negative aspects To begin with, limited social interaction prevents to study how much time an individual wants Always online programs give people a possibility of limited to use their programme Later students will have to pay money if they want to continue a course further Furthermore, the only method of communication of online learning is through e-mail, chat room or discussion groups People cannot interact with others to face to face It is the unnatural cummunication way Humans not see and feel relationship with classmates and feedbacks In conclusion, online manner of education has both pros and cons In my mind, online learning is necessary for humans due to it relieves and accelerates a method to deepen themselves skills 27/ What are the benefits of visiting museums? Currently, there is a heated debate surrounding the issue that is whether museum is needed in modern life or not lOMoARcPSD|12612758 First of all, museums have many advantages Museum is a place which shows values of a culture or a person’s life In consequence, people, especially the youth, can learn more about history of a nation or can know more about famous people who changed the history of the world Moreover, due to values of museum, it is a place which attracts tourists who want to carry out an exploration about an area When tourists visit museum, they consume food, drink, and buy souvenirs for relatives, so it brings money and other benefits for citizens of this area The more tourists visit, the wealthier life it will bring On the other hand, museums have some disadvantages The expenditure for building museums or collecting and collating antiquities, ancient articles, clips is very expensive and difficult Besides that, the security is important to maintain a museum For this reason, some people argue that money for museums should be reduced and used for education, poor people and transportation In my opinion, museum provides more benefits than its drawback and it is very important in modern society 28/ What are the benefits and drawbacks of living in a nuclear family? Do you like living in that type of family? People have to consider and take into account the advantages and disadvantages of living with thier nuclear family or with their extended family In some cases, families feel a little bored about sharing conversatiosn and moments only with their parents, brothers and sisters In other cases, they need more privacy and they are tired of having an extended family. They try to think about how different or similar life could be with or without the company of each family Living with their nuclear or extended family has different but beneficial advantages On the one hand, nuclear families can create stronger bonds and a stable environment that give children a higher probability of having stability in their relationships and emotional bonds Furthermore a family provides a sense of consistence, a better knowledge of each member of the group because they are usually closer than in extended families On the other hand, having the support of an extended family helps parents to cope with childcare or economic difficulties Also, they can learn about different points of view, sharing opinions and having a close relationship with relatives These two ways to live also have their bad points or disadvantage In the case of a nuclear family sometimes they need other relatives to rely on and talk about their problems because they will help them whenever they need However, living with the extended family has problems too, as the lack of privacy and conflicts or fights about the use of some things For example, when grandparents want to watch a TV programme and their grandchildren not In conclusion, families have different ways of coexistence Some need the company of an extended family and others prefer the intimacy and closeness of a nuclear family Both have their advantages and disadvantages but they are essential necessary units 29/ Discuss the importance of having Physical Education lessons at schools Physical Education (PE) develops students’ competence and confidence to take part in a range of physical activities that become a central part of their lives, both in and out of school A high-quality PE curriculum enables all students to enjoy and succeed in many kinds of physical activity They develop a wide range of skills and the ability to use tactics, strategies and compositional ideas to perform successfully When they are performing, they think about what they are doing, they analyse the situation and make decisions They also reflect on their own and others’ performances and find ways to lOMoARcPSD|12612758 improve upon them As a result, they develop the confidence to take part in different physical activities and learn about the value of healthy, active lifestyles Discovering what they like to do, what their aptitudes are at school, and how and where to get involved in physical activity helps them make informed choices about lifelong physical activity PE helps students develop personally and socially They work as individuals, in groups and in teams, developing concepts of fairness and of personal and social responsibility They take on different roles and responsibilities, including leadership, coaching and officiating Through the range of experiences that PE offers, they learn how to be effective in competitive, creative and challenging situations Our aims are to: encourage a healthy and active lifestyle throughout the school body nurture sportsmanship in all aspects of competition widen each student’s sporting experience and enjoyment create a passion for active recreation and sport assist students in reaching their physical potential in a variety of sporting environments 30/ Nowadays, studying oversea has become popular? In my opinion, air pollution is serious problem that every country is facing Air pollution is an issue which can cause really bad effects human being and the environment Let's find out the factors cause this kind of pollution There's no doubt that humans is the main reason which caused this kind of pollution First of all the biggest factor must be the smokes from vehicles and factories As the technology develops, vehicles become more and more various and more factories are built As they work, a huge number of smokes and toxic gases are released to the air This is absolutely harmful for the environment especially the air The second reason I want to mention is caused by both the nature itself and also the human beings: the forest fires This action will release a huge amount of carbon dioxide into the air And cacbon dioxide is the most harmful gas to the air because this may lead to the greenhouse effect The larger area of forest is burned and the more carbon dioxide I released, the worse air pollution become lOMoARcPSD|12612758 Last but not least, the action of throwing trash in the wrong place might also lead to air pollution This rubbish are not proceeded and stop to make smells This is when air pollution is caused Untreated rubbish are stinky because when it go off, toxic gases are formed These my sound simple and cause very little contamination But when it happened in many places as human are unawared of it, this lead to a serious problem and hurt the air badly that human can't even imagine These were causes which lead to air pollution that I have found Thank you for listening 33/ What are the advantages of reading books? Books play an important role in human’s life as a tool to retransmit knowleagde through times Today, let’s discuss about some benefits of reading books Firstly, reading books strengthens the brain A growing body of research indicates that reading literally changes your mind Using MRI scans, researchers have confirmed that reading involves a complex network of circuits and signals in the brain As your reading ability matures, those networks also get stronger and more complex Secondly, readig books increases empathy And speaking of sensing pain, research has shown that people who read literary fiction — stories that explore the inner lives of characters — show a heightened ability to understand the feelings and beliefs of others Moreover reading books help us build vocabulary Each author has their own way of explaining and their own style of writing By reading books, people can study their style and strengthen their vocabulary Finally, reading books ruduce stresses In 2009, a group of researchers measured the effects of yoga, humor, and reading on the stress levels of students in demanding health science programs in the United States. The study found that 30 minutes of reading lowered blood pressure, heart rate, and feelings of psychological distress just as effectively as yoga and humor did For these advantages, I think reading books is very needed in human’s life 34/ Discuss the importance of having best friends First of all, best friends provide us comfortable A best friend is someone you don't have to fill in the blanks with They already know all the inner details of your life You can cut to the chase and get right to the meat of any discussion because all the background information has already been stored away Secondly, friendship make connectedness One of our most basic fears is being alone Whether your best friend is around the corner or in another time zone, just knowing she is there provides comfort So if you find yourself feeling isolated, whether physically or emotionally, pick up the phone and call your closest pal Both of you will feel better for it Moreover, best friend have loyalty, which means never having to worry about someone spilling your secrets or talking about you behind your back Best friends equal built-in trust, Belleghem explains Most likely, you've spent years building your bond, which just gets stronger over time Finally, friends give us unconditional support You have yet to shower or even brush your hair and your best friend calls She's upset and wants you to come over right away What you do? You get in the car without even changing because you don't have to Best friends have seen us at our best and worst, and they love us either way It's important to have someone in our lives we feel totally at ease with, Belleghem explains Someone we can be ourselves with sweats and all Isn’t it sweet and comfortable? For that reasons, having best friends is absoluely important to every person 35/ What important things you consider while taking a big decision? lOMoARcPSD|12612758 Many peope have to face up with big choices in their lives and many of them not know how to deal with that Therefore, I would list some important things that you should before taking a big decision At first, you should ask yourself what you really want You usually have to face big question such as: Does a corporate career sound like your dream job or would you prefer to launch your own startup? Do you want to get married and have children or would you prefer to spend some time soul searching and travelling the world? There are so many roads you can take in your life, so it helps to know what you really want before making any big decisions Nextly, you should ask for some advices from family and friends if you’re not so sure about your decision Don't be afraid to ask for advice; it's not a sign of weakness, you're just getting different viewpoints on a situation and someone may bring to light a point which you hadn't thought of Ask anyone — older relatives, younger relatives, friends, colleagues, strangers — the more points of view the better Secondly, ask yourself if you will be hurting yourself or others with your future fecision Although you may not realize it, every decision we make however small, has an impact on others Needlessly hurting someone with your choice is important Finally, question your motives Some people ask theirselves on the brink of life decisions: Are you getting married because you can't bare to live without your partner or because all of your friends are getting married? Are you thinking of having a baby because you can't wait to be a mom or because you're not sure what you want to with your life yet? Asking yourself tough questions is really hard but it helps to get you to where you're meant to be And that was the important things you should on your big decisions 36/ What role does technological development play in people’s life? Today I am willing to talk about technological development As you know, technology plays an important role in modern life where technological advances are common day by day The first one I want to mention is that technology has a great impact on the way we are learning It not only makes learning more interactive and collaborative, but also helps people better access to a huge resource of information In addition, we have to admit that the influence of technology in daily life is through communication, how we talk and communicate Technology brings many new methods of electronic communication For example, there are emails, social networking Last but not least, many technological breakthroughs help people keep fit and healthy There are many innovate apps on phones that although people to watch their weight, how many calories they intake, heart rate and other health properties any time of the day In conclusion, all of these things impact how humans act today We have to admit that our life becomes more and more convenient with the support of technological advances 37/ Discuss some of the most important skills for young people to have in today’s job market? As you know, we are now living in a competitive world where all companies try their best to gain the highest value As a result, the requirement of employee in the job market is higher Therefore, today I want to share about some soft skills for young people that they need to know before starting their career path The first one I want to mention is Communication skills You know, before being an official employee, they have to enter the job interviewing process An employer will be much more impressed with a candidate who makes eye contact, nods while listening, and fully answers a question lOMoARcPSD|12612758 The second one is Teamwork skills Businesses want employees who work well with other people, contribute to groups with ideas and effort, can come to a decision with the group, and build relationships Therefore, teens can learn how to work in a team by playing team sports, joining clubs, or participating in group activities And the last skills that I think it’s also important is Problem solving skills Maybe employers want youth to be able to work through problems on their own Especially in the modern life, it is stressful to balance between the workload at office and many tasks in daily life Therefore, employers expect their employee to be able to understand his or her role in fulfilling the mission of the workplace There are many other soft skills that is necessary in today’s job market However, in my opinion, three skills that I mentioned before is the most important ones 38/ Describe some of the factors that make one family happy and another unhappy? Well, I think there are many important factors that can make a happy family or not The first one I consider is communication A happy family must have open communication between each individual All members of the family need to listen, to share all ups and down, and then to discuss to solve problems with each other As a result, the relationship between members become better Open communication helps not only build trust, but also bring understanding However, a lack of communication makes a family unhappy You know, without sharing and talking with each other, members of the family become unfriendly and far-away People say that “Out of sight, out of mind” Day by day, it is hard to communicate, even cause chaos and confusion in the home In addition, quality time is definitely one aspect of having a happy family This quality time spent together as a family strengthen a family’s relationship It helps develop a bond between family members, as well as provide many sweet memories together For example, in the holiday, they should have picnic outsides or cook together instead of just sitting in their own room with a phone By contrast, members in the family feel unhappy when they not prioritize their time with each other Especially in the modern life, when parents spend all their time on working and social network, maybe they forget to take their kids out to have fun or just play with them at home So, it is very difficult to make a happy family because all individuals have all different human beings We understand that no one is perfect, so there is no perfect happy family Although there are many other important factors, but I think It’s necessary to share and take time with each other in the family 39/ Compare life in the city with life in the countryside SAMPLE 1: So you guys all know that there is a big difference between living in the urban and in the rural Both of them have its benefits and drawbacks to people The city has advanced system to housing, transportation, communication, whereas the country doesn’t As a result, there is a lack of job opportunities in the countryside, unlike the city, which provides with a lot of career chances On the other hand, the rural places have fresh air with better atmosphere than the urban places just filled with noise and pollution All in all, each has its advantages and disadvantages, choosing the way to live is up to your favorite and lifestyle SAMPLE 2: Some people prefer living in big cities while others enjoy their life in the country It is absolutely normal because urban and rural life has its positive and negative sides lOMoARcPSD|12612758 What are the advantages of city life? Firstly, life in the city is much easier than in the country because cities have a developed transport system, a sewerage system and better services such as telephone, central heating, gas, electricity and the Internet Secondly, there is far more entertainment in the city than in the country There are lots of shopping centres, cinemas, theatres, concert halls, discos, night clubs, art galleries, cafes and restaurants It’s easy to choose where to hang out with your friends and have fun, relax at night or at the weekends There are also lots of opportunities to sports as you may join a great variety of clubs Thirdly, in the cities people have more chances to be employed and to succeed, because you may find an interesting and well paid job and climb the ladder of success Moreover, the city people are more open-minded and use different sources of information As for the disadvantages of the city life they are the following There is too much noise, traffic and too much garbage But air and water pollution is the greatest disadvantage of the city life today In addition, the criminal situation is not good and there is much stress in the city life Why people like to stay in the countryside? First of all, life in the country is quiet, peaceful and healthy People are closer to the nature and friendlier I’d like to mention the disadvantages of rural life It’s difficult to find a job, working and living conditions are difficult What is more, social and cultural life is not full of entertainment That’s why more and more young people flee from the country for a better life in the city To make a conclusion, I’d like to say that life in the city seems more appealing and interesting for me 40/ What are the positive and negative impacts of tourism SAMPLE 1: Literally tourism is one of the most important fields in every single country all over the world This doesn’t mean tourism includes all the certain things, however, it has the two-sided effect Education about the reasons for sustainable tourism places a spotlight on responsible planning As more consumers become aware of respecting the nature and minizing the impact on any habitat we visit Contrary to the benefit tourism beings, it negatively affects the environment in general by human’s influence on Furthermore, during Covid-19, moving to place is impossible so that makes tourism harder SAMPLE 2: Tourism can provide jobs and improve the wealth of an area Many developing countries are keen to develop tourism in order to become richer and to improve the quality of life for their people However, when large numbers of visitors go to one place it is called mass tourism This can have both positive and negative impacts on the area Positive Negative Jobs created Jobs are often seasonal (based on the time of year) and are poorly paid More money for the country Most money goes out of the area to big companies, not locals Local traditions and customs are kept alive because tourists enjoy traditional shows, eg Culture and traditions change as outsiders arrive lOMoARcPSD|12612758 Positive Negative Flamenco dancing Money from tourists can be used to protect the natural landscape Damage to the natural environment, eg footpath erosion (the wearing away of footpaths), litter, habitats destroyed to build hotels New facilities for the tourists also benefit locals, eg new roads Overcrowding and traffic jams Greater demand for local food and crafts Prices increase in local shops as tourists are often more wealthy than the local population SAMPLE 3: There are both positive and negative effects on communities related to the economic impacts of tourism in their communities A positive impact can refer to the increase in jobs, a higher quality of life for locals, and an increase in wealth of an area Tourism also has the advantage of rebuilding and restoring historic sites and encouraging the revitalization of cultures A positive impact is to increase or to make better either for the tourist, the host community and residence and/or the tourist destination Positive impacts are related more to the materialistic well-being, rather than to the happiness of a host community or tourist The tourist destination enjoys positive impacts, if there have been improvements to the natural environment such as protection, national parks, or man-made infrastructure, waste-treatment plants Tourism provides the economic stimulus to allow for diversification of employment and income potential, and develop resources within the community Improvements in infrastructure and services can benefit both the locals and the tourists Whereas, heritage tourism focuses on local history or historical events that occurred in the area, and tends to promote education Positive impacts begin when there is an increase in job opportunities for locals as the tourism industry becomes more developed There is also an increase in average income that spreads throughout the community when tourism is capitalized on In addition, the local economy is stimulated and diversified, goods are manufactured more locally, and new markets open for local business owners to expand to Unfortunately, these benefits are not universal nor invulnerable While more employment may be available, tourism-related jobs are often seasonal and lowpaying Prices are known to fluctuate throughout the year They rise in the high tourist season to take advantage of more tourist dollars, but have the side effect of pricing goods above the economic reach of local residents, effectively starving them out of a place that was once their home Negative impacts are the effects, that are caused in most cases, at the tourist destination site with detrimental impacts to the social and cultural area, as well as the natural environment As the population increases so the impacts, resources become unsustainable and exhausted, the carrying capacity for tourists in a destination site may become depleted Often, when negative impacts occur, it is too late to impose restrictions and regulations Tourist destinations seem to discover that many of the negative impacts are found in the development stage of the tourism area life cycle Additionally, the economics of tourism have been shown to push out local tourism business owners in favour of strangers to the region Foreign ownership creates leakage (revenues leaving the host community for another nation or multinational business) which strips away the opportunity for locals to make meaningful profits Foreign companies are also known to hire non-resident seasonal workers lOMoARcPSD|12612758 because they can pay those individuals lower wages, which further contributes to economic leakage Tourism can raise property values near the tourism area, effectively pushing out locals and encouraging businesses to migrate inwards to encourage and take advantage of more tourist spending 41/ Why have so many people nowadays gone to live in big cities? (trùng đề 07) SAMPLE 1: Nowadays, the majority of the population prefer living in a big town mainly because of the great advantages it has compared to living in the countryside In my opinion, , living in big city has both drawbacks and advantages Advantages: One of the main positives of a big town is the large amount of shops available in every corner of the city What I mean by this is that whenever you live, there are some useful stores like supermarkets, banks, and clothing stores Secondly, living in a big town is a big challenge for evening parties In Hanoi, for example, there are so many things to in the evenings like going to the cinema, to the pub or to the park during the summer period Drawbacks: traffic could be one of the major disadvantages of living in a big city Many people go to work by cars everyday This means that you have to deal with rush-hour traffic on your way to work and on your way back In addition, in a big town air pollution can affect people’s health Personally, I believe that the benefits of the city-life and the comfort of having shops at every corner, eventually overweigh the negatives SAMPLE 2: Living in a big city has its own advantages and disadvantages Big city is a place of high living standard You can live in a good condition with modern facilities and social services such as health care, education and entertainment It is also an economic center which is a good area for you to develop your career and business Turning to the other side of the argument, big city life is not for everyone You may find it very noisy and hectic with crazy traffic which leads to environmental problems Moreover, a big city tends to have high rates of crime due to the density and poverty You can feel unsafe although it's crowded around you In conclusion, there are both good sides and bad sides of living in a big city The important thing is to learn how to adapt to your living environment and take advantage of it SAMPLE 3: Nowadays, large cities are becoming more and more inhabited The majority of the population prefer living in a big town mainly because of the great advantages it has compared to living in the countryside However, what are the benefits of this situation, and what are the drawbacks? Introduction: Living in the countryside has a lot of advantages, but also many disadvantages Development: As the advantage we can consider the fact that the country is less polluted and the traffic isn't so heavy In the countryside the air and water are so clean because there are many areas for plants and trees, instead of the huge blocks of flats, modern skyscrapers or bothersome traffic jams as in the city Moreover, living in the countryside is cheaper than it is in the city, so you probably may buy many other things, because the prices are lower The other positive side is the safety In the rural area the crime rate is much lower Last of all, country life is very peaceful and silent You will enjoy the feeling of peace However, there are also some disadvantages when living in the country side Firsly, living in the country is slower People in the country don't have to work so many hours as they in the city Therefore, they don't earn so much money Secondly, there aren't such interesting things to during free time because the entertainment centers and shops are usually located far from the village Thirdly, the unemployment rate is also much higher than in the city Finally, The quality of utilities system, services is not really good, such as: the hospitals, schools, security systems and transportation Conclusion: To sum up, I think that living in the country may have a lot of advantages such as fresh air, nice landscapes and comfort, but a lot of people decide to stay in the city, due to the fact that the life in the town is easier and more modern 43/ What you think of shopping on the Internet? In recent years, there has been a growing trend that people tend to buy things on the Internet This present both pros and defect, however, in my opinion, its benefits are much more significant than the drawbacks On the one hand, shopping online brings consumers some disadvatages Initially, since people are unable to touch or to see the products they want to buy in reality, it is always hard for them to examine the quality of these products As a result, they might purchase the items with poor quality In addition to that, as consumers not feel happy with the items they had bought online, they tend to abandon these products or don't use them at all This is definitely a watse of money Moreover, buyings thing on the lOMoARcPSD|12612758 Internet often makes people confused since there are a great number of shops on the Internet To be specific, buyers might see the same products in several shops, but the prices for these items can be very different, ranging from reasonable to prohibitedly expensive price Consequently, they will not know which products they should purchase On the other hand, I am of opinion that shopping online brings people a number of benefits First, shopping online allows consumers to browse for products and checking prices between these online shops In this way, people can make a better decision to buy what they like after taking prices, sizes and models into consideration From my experience, I used to buy an elegant dress at virtual shop, which was cheaper compared to some shops near my houses Second, buyings things on the Internet helps people save a great deal of time That is to say, since people nowadays are often so caught up with work and study, shopping online is a wise choice which doesn't require them to go the the stores With a click of mouse, they can buy the things they need and the shippers will deliver their products to customers as soon as possible Third, since there is a high demand of buying things online, many people can realize their dream of starting up their own business and achieve success in the long rub This can be seen as a positive trend because it creates good job opportunities for people and thereby help people to improve their income and well-being This also contributes to boosting the economy of a nation in generall In conclusion, although buyings things on the Internet exerts some adverse aspects, the advantages can justify these 44/ Nowadays, studying oversea has become popular What are the advantages and disadvantages? (trùng câu 30) Nowadays, studing oversea is gaining more and more popularity with students, undergradutes or postgraduates entire the world While some people are of the opinion that the pattern of this learning can bring various merits to those, opponents of the idea claim that the shortcomings elipse the benefits On the one hand, there are a veriety reasons exist and explain why people choose to study abroad instead of learning in their own countries The first considerable explanation is that students will have a chance to be trained in contemporary and acedemic invironment For instance, if we study at schools, colleges or universities in many developed countries namely: Harvard, Stanford, Princeton, we will be given lectures by well-know and well-qualified professors Moreover, we can appoarch a large number of new learning methods such as integrated method instead of state education in many developing nations And the final reason is that the degree or certificate and in-depth knowledge about our major which we receive and acquire from these universities can enhance our employment opportunities For example, many students choose to study in Japan because Japan has numerous mutinational companies with a high salary, but Japan have minority of workforce On the other hand, there have a veriety negative aspects of studying oversea Firstly, we will face to financial burden because the cost of living in abroad and tuition is expensive Parents have to use all their financial resources to pay for fees and if they can not have enough money, those children have to work many part-time jobs to earn money for subsitance fee or course’s fee It can lead them to neglect their studies and just concentrate on how to make money Secondly, cultural handles and language barriers are huge issues which student abroad have to face Furthermore they can feel lonely and sad when they stay apart from their parents In conclusion, we should choose a school which is suitable for our conditions and finance and had better consider about the limitations of studying abroad lOMoARcPSD|12612758 45/ What is the most important skill today? There are a lot of necessary skills for people in order to be successful in this world today ,but the most important skill everybody should learn to become successful is communication skill Some reasons that can explain this argument will now be examined First of all, people who are good at communication, have ability to convince their partners following their ideas This is the ability that you can confidently present your ideas in crowded places such as in the interviews and in the meetings For example, in previous time my sister, Ms Anna always felt shy and embarrassed when she presented her new products background in each meetings As a result, she spoke not fluently and made her work to be difficult Thus, her partners were confused and not interested in about products After three months joining presentation class in a university, she has confidence to speak fluently and makes her customers having to pay attention when she is presenting The second reason is that good communication contains the ability can speak variety of languages It is based on the fact that nowadays people in different parts of the world speak different languages, so in order to promote business people should learn about how to understand the foreigners For instant, English is an important language in many terms, especially doing business and foreign trading People use some common languages like English as the most useful way in order to reach agreements The last reason why everyone should learn about communication skill in life’s today is that it gives people chances to be familiar to the society, particularly making new friends Because of the fact that being success does not only mean high position in workplaces or enough property, it also means success in feeling It could be true that man or woman might be more attractive if they are good at speaking and friendly when sharing opinion To sum up, people need communication skill because it gives confidence to people when presenting ideas, it helps to business and it connects people in over the world Although communication skill is the most important in order to get success, people also should learn more different skills to support their work such as computing skill ... are some advantages and disadvantages of living in the countryside?
