Mục tiêu nghiên cứu là gì?
Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhờ sự hợp tác của người bệnh đang điều trị tại khoa Ngoại Gan Mật tụy, bệnh viện Chợ Rẩy. Mục đích của nghiên cứu là khảo sát những âu lo của người bệnh trước và sau phẩu thuật sỏi đường mật tại khoa Ngoại Gan Mật tụy. Từ đó nắm bắt được những âu lo của người bệnh tìm các biện pháp khắc phục.
Người bệnh sẽ được yêu cầu làm gì?
Trong nghiên cứu này chúng tôi muốn Ông /Bà tham giao một cuộc khảo sát về những âu lo của Ông/Bà trước và sau khi phẫu thuật.

Mọi thông tin đóng góp của Ông/Bà sẽ được giữ bí mật, mã hóa và chỉ phục vụ cho nghiên cứu, không tiếc lộ hoặc công bố với bất kì mục đích khác khi chưa có sự đồng ý của Ông/Bà, nếu Ông/Bà có vấn đề thắc mắc người nghiên cứu sẽ giải đáp cho Ông/Bà.
Tham gia nghiên cứu sẽ có những thuận lợi và bất lợi và bất lợi gì cho người bệnh?
Khi tham gia nghiên cứu Ông/Bà phải mất một khoảng thời gian để trả lời bảng câu hỏi khảo sát trong khoảng 15 phút.
Thông tin Ông/Bà cung cấp giúp chúng tôi nắm bắt được mức độ âu lo của Ông/Bà trước và sau phẫu thuật, giúp chúng tôi đánh giá chất lượng chăm sóc, điều trị tại khoa.
Ông/Bà không bắt buộc tham gia khảo sát này. Ông/Bà có quyền ngưng tham gia nghiên cứu bất cứ lúc nào. Quyết định của Ông/Bà sẽ không ảnh hưởng đến quá trình chăm sóc y tế của của Ông/Bà trong thời gian sắp tới

Tên đề tài nghiên cứu ”Khảo sát tâm lý người bệnh trước và sau phẫu thuật”. Đây là nghiên cứu do trường Đại học Y dược tp HCM, Đại học Meiho-Đài Loan phối hợp với bệnh viện Chợ Rẩy thực hiện nhầm khảo sát âu lo của người bệnh trước và sau phẩu thuật sỏi đường mật tại khoa Ngoai Gan Mật Tụy bệnh viện Chợ Rẩy. Những đóng góp của Ông/Bà trong cuộc khảo sát này giúp chúng tôi có nhận định chính xác hơn về công tác chăm sóc, điều trị, chuẩn bị cho người bệnh trước và sau phẫu thuật nhầm mục đích nâng cao chất lượng chăm sóc và điều trị trong thời gian sắp tới.
Tất cả các thông tin đóng góp của Ông/Bà sẽ được bảo mật và chỉ phục vụ cho nghiên cứu, không công bố với bất kì mục đích khác khi chưa có sự đồng ý của Ông/Bà.
