In this exercise will solve the problem that the requirements of this article raise. Analyze the SWOT and PESTLE model between two company, Prudential Insurance, and its rival, Bao Viet Insurance. After that will model to analyze the company and on the roles of HR Manager and Sales Director will have to do to change that.
