(1)Pre Day: / T day: / Period 68 UNIT SPORTS AND GAMES Lesson Looking back and Project I./ Objectives By the end of this unit, students can:  pronounce the sounds / ea/ and / ia/ correctly in isolation and in context  use the lexical items related to the topic 'Sports and Games'  use the combination's: go, play, + N/ V-ing  use the past simple  use imperatives to tell Sb to 5th or to give a direct order  read for specific information about famous sportspeople  talk about the activities/ sport(s)/ game(s) they in their spare time  listen to get information about the sport(s)/ game(s) people play  Write a paragraph about the sport! game they like II./ Content - Vocabulary: items related to the topic “sports and games” - Structure: III./ Teaching aids - Book, planning, picture, laptop, projector … IV./ Procedure A Class organization - Greeting - Checking attendance: 6E2 B New lesson Sts and T’s activities I Warm up Vocabulary Matching Contents Task 1: Find one odd word or phrase in each line KEY C A D C B - T asks Ss to read aloud Read and write name of the game or sport Let Ss repeat the words Check their pronunciation Tell 5s to write the answers in their notebooks Then T corrects the mistakes Task .cyciing football boxing table tennis basketball II Presentation Grammar Task 3: Ask Ss to look at the answers and Task 3: Put the verbs in the brackets in the correct form (2) Answer key are 'I took are playing did you - cycled - watched j started III Practice Answer key Task Please stop making noise Ss work in pairs or groups to finish or Go out to play with your friends write the sentences T gives correction 3.Don't feed the animals 5tand in line, boys!
