1 INTRODUCTION PROPERTIES OF THE STUDY To increase productivity and yield, factors such as seeds, fertilizers, cultivation techniques, play an important role, in which fertilizer is considered the main factor However, the long-term use of chemical fertilizers leads to high costs of investment, which results in lower profits for farmers, as well as higher N2O emissions On the other hand, the excess of chemical fertilizers pollutes the soil, water and human health The problem of crop production increases the area of cultivated land is polluted, the fertility and productivity of the land will reduce, causing nutrition degradation Research to find effective farming practices that retain high productivity while improving soil fertility and environmental safety are essential In addition to finding new high yielding cultivars, organic fertilizers are recommended, which can take advantage of all agricultural waste to produce organic fertilizer such as straw, manure, residue Using organic fertilizer to reduce the amount of chemical fertilizer, improving soil fertility Organic fertilizers not only increase crop yields, but also increase the effectiveness of chemical fertilizers, improve soil fertility and productivity Therefore, the research and application of organic fertilizers and biological products in agricultural production to reduce chemical fertilizer, contribute to environmental protection and building a sustainable agriculture This is very necessary and has great significance in agricultural production Thua Thien Hue and central Vietnam as well, the application of organic fertilizers and biological products has not been popularized, even very limited in the context of the climate change towards sustainable agriculture and safe Based on the above issues, the topic of "Research on the effectiveness of using organic fertilizer with Trichoderma and Pseudomonas in groundnut in Thua Thien Hue" was conducted to select the fertilizer formula that can supply good nutrients for soil, plants and contributing in improvement economic efficiency of groundnut production in Thua Thien Hue PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES ➢ The purpose of the research To determine the effect of organic fertilizer on bio-products to groundnuts, which will be the basis for the elaboration of appropriate technical processes to improve groundnut yields and develop groundnut production following by the bio-sustainable ➢ Objectives of the research Evaluate the using efficiency of organic fertilizer with Trichoderma and Pseudomonas preparations for groundnut in the coastal sandy and infertile soils to improve groundnut production efficiency in Thua Thien Hue province PRACTICAL AND SCIENTIFIC SIGNIFICATION OF THE STUDY ➢ Scientific signification - Providing scientific data on the effectiveness of using organic fertilizer with Trichoderma and Pseudomonas preparations on growth, development, groundnut yield and groundnut production efficiency on coastal sandys and infertile soil - As a reference source, new information as the basis for the use of biological products for groundnut on coastal sandy and dedgraded soil ➢ Practical signification - Contributing in application of organic fertilizers and bio-products useful in sustainable agriculture - The research results of the project will be new scientific advances to base bio-based groundnut production in Thua Thien Hue and other localities SCOPE OF THE STUDY - Research on the effect of organic fertilizer on Trichoderma and Pseudomonas in pots in coastal sandy and gray-on-dedgraded soil at the Faculty of Agronomy, University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University The result of the pots experiment to determine the potential formula for growth and yield in oder to develop further research in the field conditions Time conducting of the net house experiment from January to April, 2013 - The research on the effectiveness of using organic fertilizer with Trichoderma and Pseudomonas for groundnut in the field conditions The field experiments are conducted from December 2013 tidual yield (5.56 g/plant), followed by treatment VI (5.10 g/plant) and treatment IV (5.10 g/plant) 5,14 g/plant) The treatment with individual yields similar to control were treatment III (4.77 g/plant), treatmentVII (4.88 g/plant) and control gained 4.78 g/plant Field experiments - Coastal sandy, treatment VI (TP50: 50) achieved the highest yield and economic efficiency in the both cropping seasons Winter-spring cropping seasons, yield grained 27.25 quintals per hectare and economic efficiency grained 46.175.000 VND/ha Summerautumn crop, yield grained 15.95 quintals per hectare and economic efficiency reached 17.925.000 VND/ha Meanwhile, the control grained 22.83 quintals per hectare and 11.54 quintals per hectare, the economic efficiency grained 35,349,000 VND/ha and 7,144,000 VND/ha in cropping season, respectively - Dedgraded soil, treatment V (TP30: 70) grained the highest yield and economic efficiency in the both cropping seasons Winter-spring cropping seasons, yield grained 26.45 quintals/ha and economic efficiency grained 44.175.000 VND/ha Summer-autumn cropping seasons, yields grained 14.39 quintals per hectare and economic efficiency grained 14,025,000 VND/ha Meanwhile, the control grained 20.85 quintals/ha and 10.85 quintals/ha, economic efficiency grained 30,399,000 VND/ha and 5,399,000 VND/ha in cropping seasons, respectively -
