Kế hoạch mơn tiếng Anh đợc xây dựng sau:

-ChØ thÞ sè 3398/CT - BGDĐT cđa bé trëng Bộ Giáo Dục Đào Tạo nhiệm vụ trọng tâm năm học 2011 - 2012 -Hớng dẫn thực nhiệm vụ năm học 2011 2012 bậc trung học Bộ Giáo Dục Đào Tạo

-Hớng dẫn thực nhiệm vụ năm học 2011 -2012 hớng dẫn thực chơng trình THCS Sở Giáo Dục Đào Tạo Thỏi Nguyờn ; Phòng Giáo Dục Đào Tạo huyện Ph Yờn

-Căn vào kế hoạch năm học 2011 -2012 trờng THCS Đăc Sơn II C¬ së thùc tiƠn.

1.Thày: có trình độ chuẩn nhiệt tình với nghề nghiệp trải qua nhiều năm công tác;nhiều năm đạt danh hiệu GVGCS Tuy nhiên Kinh nghiệm giảng dy cha phi ó l nhiu

2.Trò:Đa số em có cố gắng học tập.Tuy nhiên số em cha quyÕt t©m cao häc tËp.

3.Cơ sở vật chất:có phịng học đủ ánh sáng;có phơng tiện nghe đơn giản Có máy chiếu Nhng cha có phịng chức năng. 4.Các yếu tố liên quan:

Có đạo sát ban Giám Hiệu nhà trờng;của tố chun mơn Phịng Giáo Dục Đào Tạo huyện Phổ Yờn ;Có ủng hộ tích cực địa phơng lực lợng XHHGD

III.Nh÷ng thuận lợi khó khăn bản 1.Thuận lợi

a.VỊ phÝa thµy:

Nhìn chung thày tổ Ngoại ngữ đạt trình độ chuẩn chuẩn.Có kiến thức vững vàng.Cả hai thày tổ trải qua nhiều năm giảng dạy môn có kinh nghiệm việc truyền thụ kiến thức cho học sinh Hơn thày nhiệt tình:bám lớp bám trờng; Tích cực học hỏi nâng cao trìng độ mặt;Nhiều năm đạt danh hiệu GVGCS;Ln gơng mẫu trớc học sinh,đợc đông đảo HS Phụ huynh tín nhiệm;Các thày an c có hộ thờng trú địa phiơng,nên việc lại thuận tiện

b.VỊ phÝa trß:

Khối lớp năm đợc đào tạo theo chơng trình thay sách nên em có điều kiện nắm kiến thức cách lơ gic có hệ thống,xác định vị trí vai trị mơn giai đoạn kinh tế hội nhập>Các khối lớp cá nhân giấy lên phong trào thi đua sơi rộng khắp.Quyết tâm vợt khó,hồn thành nhiệm vụ đợc giao

c.VỊ phÝa Nhµ trêng

Các đồng chí ban lãnh đạo nhà trờng ln sát với phong trào tạo điều kiện thuận lợi để thày trị mơn ngoại ngữ (nói riêng) hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ năm học

d.Về phía gia đình xã hội

Xã hội ln có nhìn u mơn có xu cổ vũ phong trào 2.Khó khăn

a.VỊ phÝa thµy

NN mơn học cịn tơng đối mẻ Đội ngũ giáo viên dạy môn NN nói chung huyện nhà ch a có nhiều đồng chí có nhiều kinh nghiệm giảng dạy nh cơng tác bồi dỡng HSG Vì việc tìm phơng pháp giảng dạy hay phù hợp với đối tợng học sinh địa phơng mà kinh tế chủ yếu dựa vào sản xuất nông nghiệp vấn đề cịn khơng đơn giản

b VỊ phÝa trß:

.Mơi trờng NN giành cho em cha nhiều.Ngoài thời gian học lớp nhà em đợc tiếp xúc với Tiếng Anh nên vốn từ phát triển ngữ em bị hạn chế

Một số em gia đình cha đầu t mức thời gian điều kiện nên kết học tập bị ảnh hởng khơng nhỏ c.Về phía sở vật chất

Trang thiết bị phuc vụ cho việc dạy học cha đầy đủ,Đài băng đĩa cũ kĩ ;cha có phịng chức dành cho môn số tài liệu biên soạn cha theo thể thức thống nên GV HS khó lựa chọn phân tán

d.Về phía gia đình xã hội

Một số gia đình hồn cảnh cịn gặp nhiều khó khăn nên cha đầu t mức cho em học tập.Ngồi học Tiếng Anh khố lớp em ngồi xã hội chủ yếu giao tiếp Tiếng Việt nên khả phát triển ngữ bị hạn chế

B Néi dung kế hoạch. I Mục tiêu môn.

1.Về kiến thøc

:Học sinh nắm đợc kiến thức có tính hệ thống Tiếng Anh thực hành đại.Sử dụng ngôn ngữ hiểu biết khái quát văn hoá ,phong tục tập quán ngời Anh nc s dng Ting Anh

2.Về kĩ năng:

Có kĩ sử dụng tiếng Anh nh công cụ giao tiếp dới dạng Nghe-Nói-Đọc-Viết

Phát triển t ban đầu kĩ nói trên.Những kĩ giúp học sing phát triển tiếng mẹ đẻ góp phần hìn thành kĩ ngơn ngữ HS cách hồn thiện

3.VỊ gi¸o dơc t tëng:

Mục tiêu môn Tiếng Anh đợc xây dựng sở vị trí chủ yếu mơn học phát triển chung toàn xã hội.Tiếng Anh cơng cụ đắc lực gúp cho ngời Việt Nam hoà nhập đợc với cộng đồng Quốc Tế khu vực.Tiếp cận đợc với thông tin Quốc Tế khoa học kĩ thuật;Tiếp cận với văn hoá giới nh kiện quan trọng khác

Năm học 2011-2012 ,với tinh thần tâm thực vận động "Hai Không " nghành Giáo Dục Đào Tạo:

Với phơng châm thấm nhuần chủ đề năm học” Xây dựng trờng học thân thiện ;học sinh tích cực”.Tơi xin đa số biện pháp thực nh sau

- Dạy theo phân phối chơng trình ,khơng cắt xén,vận dụng linh hoạt tiết học có khối lợng kiến thức nặng em, không dạy gộp

-Dạy theo phơng pháp cải tiến:lấy học sinh làm trung tâm.Thực theo chủ trơng thay sách Chính Phủ , Bộ Giáo Dục Đào Tạo

-Tích cực sử dụng đồ dùng dạy học Sử dụng thiết bị đại,có soạn khoa học -Kiểm tra HS thờng xuyên.Thực việc kiểm tra tiết theo phân phối chơng trình

-Chấm chữa theo qui định

-Hå s¬ sổ sách ,giáo án khoa học,khớp với ĐKGD Sổ Đầu Bài -Thờng xuyên kiểm tra HS Kịp thời uốn nắn chữ viết lỗi t¶
