COMMANDS, REQUESTS AND ADVICE IN REPORTED SPEECH (Câu mệnh lệnh, yêu cầu, lời khuyên lời nói gián tiếp)

A COMMANDS AND REQUESTS IN REPORTED SPEECH:

Câu mệnh lệnh, yêu cầu lời nói gián tiếp thường diễn đạt động từ nguyên thể có to (to infinitive) tân ngữ + động từ nguyên mẫu có to (Object + to infinitive)

 Để đổi câu mệnh lệnh, yêu cầu từ trục tiếp sang gián tiếp ta làm theo công thức:

Subject + asked/told + Object + (not) + to infinitive

- Dùng động từ mở đầu asked (yêu cầu), told (bảo), ordered

(ra lệnh), requested (đề nghị)

- Đặt tân ngữ (object) người nhận lệnh, người yêu cầu

ngay sau động từ mở đầu

- Thêm to trước động từ nguyên mẫu câu trực tiệp

- Thay đổi đại từ (Đại từ nhân xưng, đại từ sở hữu) cho phù

hợp
