Eg:She often goes to shool on foot. - diễn tả một sự thật hiển nhiên , một việt lúc nào cũng đúng. Eg : The sun rises in the East. - diễn tả một nhận thức, cảm giác và tình trạng. Eg :I feel very tired. -diễn tả một hành động sẽ xảy ra ở tương lai ( chỉ dùng cho động từ chỉ sự chuyển động như leave,arrive, return……….) Eg :The train leaves the station in 15’ 2.form ( cách thành lập ) * tobe : am ,is ,are * to have: have ,has * ordinary verbs :V ( inf )/V(s/es ) 3.Structures(cấu trúc ) (+)I,you ,we,they,N(pl) +V(inf) / He ,she,it,N(s)+V(s/es) (-)I,we,you they,N(pl)+don’t +V(inf)/ He,she,it,N(s) +doesn’t +V(inf) (?) Do +I,we,you,they,N(pl) +V(inf)…?/ Does +he,she,it,N(s)+V(inf) ……? *NOTES: Thêm ES đối với động từ tận cùng bằng O,S,SH,CH,X,Z,vàYnếu trước Ylà một phụ âm thì ta đổi Y thành I rồi thêm ES 4.Signs( dấu hiệu nhận biết) -Thường đi với các trạng từ chỉ tầng suất như always, usually, sometimes, occasionally, frequently, seldom, rarely, scarcel, never -Thường đi với buổi trong ngày Thường đi với cac từ như :every,once ,twice,three times… II. Thể phủ đònh I, You, He, She,It, We, They, ….+ didn’t + V(bare-infinitive) Ex: We didn’t live in Hue last year She didn’t go to HCM City two days ago 3. Thể nghi vấn Did + Chủ từ + V(bare-infinitive) + …………… ? -> Yes, chủ từ + did / No, chủ từ + didn’t B. Usages ( cách dùng) 1 . Thì Quá khứ đơn diễn tả hành động đã xảy ra trong quá khứ, chấm dứt rồi và biết rõ thời gian Ex: He went to Ha Noi last summer Mai left this city two years ago 2. Diễn tả hành động đã xảy ra suốt moat khoảng thời gian trong quá khứ , nhưng nay đã hoàn toàn chấm dứt Ex: Mozart wrote more than 600 pieces of music C. Các trạng từ thường dùng trong thì quá khứ đơn Ago : cách đây Yesterday : hôm qua Last night/week/ month/ year…. : tối qua/ tuần trước / tháng trước / năm trước….
