cản trở việc kết hôn, tham gia quan hệ xã hội tuyển dụng lao động, việc làm… Xuất phát từ thực tế này, tác giả chọn đề tài ―Pháp luật chuyển đổi giới tính giới giá trị tham khảo cho việc xây dựng Luật Chuyển đổi giới tính Việt Nam‖ nhằm tìm hiểu, nghiên cứu pháp luật quốc gia chuyển đổi giới tính, tìm giá trị mà Việt Nam tham khảo xây dựng Luật Chuyển đổi giới tính Tuy nhiên, giới hạn nghiên cứu phạm vi Luận văn Thạc sĩ, tác giả xin sâu vào phân tích nội dung cụ thể pháp luật số quốc gia tiêu biểu giới;
