Warm up: (5’)

- Read the chant What would you like to be in the futrue?

- Check pupils: check sts' asking and answering questions about activities that they will in future?

- T & Ss praise the winners 3 New lesson:

a Pre-listening:

- Ask Ps to look at the pictures and answer the questions:

What’s the matter with her? What would he like to be?

- Tell pupils that they are going to listen and tick the correct pictures Give them a few seconds to look at the pictures Ask them to identify each character and what’s the matter with him/ her or what he/she is doing

b While- listening:

- Play the recording all the way through for the class to listen Play it again for them to tick the boxes

- Get them to compare their answers before checking as a class Give explanations for the answers which pupils find difficult Play the recording again to confirm the answers

c Post- listening:

- Have Ps play the game: Whisper Act Listen and number.(10’) a.Pre-listening:

- Ask Ps to answer T’s questions

How many pictures? What is he doing ? ….

- Tell pupils that they are going to listen and number the pictures in the order they hear them - Give them a few seconds to look at the pictures Check comprehension

b While- listening:

- Play the recording all the way through for pupils to listen Play it again for them to number the pictures

- Get pupils to compare their answers before checking as a class

c Post- listening:

- Have Ps play the game: What’s in my bag? Act Listen and write one word in the blank(10’)

a.Pre-listening:

- Ask Ps to answer T’s questions How many sentences are there?

- Tell pupils that they are going to listen and and write one word in each gap

- Give them a few seconds to read the gapped sentences and guess the answers based on the surrounding words

b While- listening:

- Play the recording the first time all the way through for pupils to listen and write Play it the second time for them to check their answers

b While- reading:

- Give them time to look at the table and think of the information needed to fill the gaps Ask pupils to read the text in silence and complete the table

- Get pupils to compare their answers in pairs before checking as a class Give explanations, if necessary

c Post-reading:

- Have them play the game: Lucky number Act Write about you.(10’)

a Pre- writing:

- Ask Ps to look at the text and pictures , ask some questions

- Ask Ps to play in the gruops , ask some questions related to these topic: healthy problem, freetime activities,future jobs ? What ? Where/ why/ ?

- Give pupils time to play offering help, if necessary

- Get them to compare their answers before checking as a class If time allows, get some pairs to ask and answer questions about their future job

- Give the first word and Ss play in group, running to the board and write as much as possible( As usual)

- Give Ss time to prepare to talk about themselves
