- T call some Ss read aloud Let’s chant page 13 - Comment

Activity Look, listen and repeat (5’) -T: Ask Ss to open their book on page 18 and describe pictures

Who are they? – They are Tom and Nam ? What are they talking about?

- Play the recording all the way through for Ss to listen and follow in their books./on the screen

- Play the recording again for Ss repeat the dialogue ( line by line in the bubbles by themselves)

- Point to the picture for Ss to read the dialogue again.(T- Ss then swap)

- T call some Ss read aloud dialogue - Have Ss to find out the new structure

-T: Ask Sts to look at the pictures on page 18 and identify the characters

- T:set the scene and model new words - Ss: listen and repeat

-Ss: work individually

- T:Play the recording all the way through for Ss to listen while they are reading the dialogue

-T: Play the recording again for Ss to repeat each line of the dialogue individaully

- Point to the picture for Ss to read the dialogue again.(T- Ss then swap)

-T: Call on some pairs to perform, others comment
