- Ask and answer questions about using when will be? It’ll be on - Cheking the oral test.( Part III Speaking)

- Sentence Patterns: When will…be? – It’ll be on…

- Vocabulary: look for, sport day, gym, take part in, independence day, children’s day, table tennis, contest, festival

2 Skills: - Develope Ss’listening and writting skill

2 Warm up: (5’) Role play

- Spend a few minutes having the class revise the story in Activity - Invite one or two pairs to act it out

-Tell them that they should pay attention to the activitiesand the school events - Get them to swap and compare their answers before checking as a class Play the recording again to confirm the

- Ask Ps to read the sentences in the box and match the questions with the answers - Give them a few seconds to read and the task If necessary, get them to work in pairs or in groups Go around and offer help, if necessary

- Get them to compare their answers in pairs before checking as a class If there is enough time , have the class read the completed conversation aloud invite some pair to ask and answer the questions c Post readting:

3 Let’s play(8’) Pass the secret

- Tell the class that they are going to play the game Pass the secret!

- Explain how the game is played Tell the class that they are divided into seven groups

-Ask Ss to line up in rows Whisper a sentence to the first Ss in each row The first ss then whispers the sentences to the secons one, and so on The last ss in rows say aloud the sentence he/she heard If the sentence correect, the team wins one point The team with the most points at the end of the game is the winner

4.Consolidation:(2’) -Ask Ss to focus on the model sentences. - Retell the content of the lesson

1 Knowledge: By the end of this lesson, Ps will be able to listen and repeat words, listen and undrelined the stressed words

- Cheking the oral test.( Part III Speaking) - Do the chant “What are they going to do? *Language focus:

- Vocabulary: volleyball, hard, everyone, event, hope, win, competition

- Word stress: When, sports, day, be, Saturday, what, going, do, play, football. 2 Skills: - Develope Ss listening & writing skill.

- Play the recording all the way through for the class to listeen and follow in their books - Play the recording and ask Ps to repeat a few time Then put the words on the board, play the recording and ask Ps to repeat a few more times After that, write the sentences on

- Play the recording a few more times and let Ps say the sentences , paying attention to the target sounds

- Do choral and individual repetition of the sounds, words and sentences until Ps feel confident

- Get some Ps to perform in front of the class Check as a class and correct the pronunciation, if necessary

- Play the recording all the way through for them to listen and follow in their books.Play it agin for ss to the task Go around and offer help, if necessary

- If time allows , ask the class to make sentences with the words

- Look at the Picture and guess the content - Look and introduce the chant

- Let students read the chant

- Ask Ps to clap the hands forward rythym - Play recording then Ss repeat
