Tính từ -ING dùng để miêu tả tính cách, tính chất, đặc điểm người, vật, tượng
Tính từ -ED dùng để diễn tả cảm xúc, cảm nhận người, vật vật, tượng, việc
My job is interesting (Công việc thú vị)
=> Tính từ INTERESTING diễn tả tính chất công việc
I’m not interested in my job any more (Tơi khơng thích thú vào cơng việc)
=> Tính từ INTERESTED diễn tả cảm nhận người nới công việc
