Summary

By using the quantitative method, this study explores the impact of the factors of leadership style on employee satisfaction in Ho Chi Minh City-based enterprises Research results show that there are factors affecting employee satisfaction, including: Integrity; Support; Credibility; Empowerment; Courage At the same time, the study also suggests some implications for managers in order to improve employee satisfaction and increase productivity
