1 Teaching vocabulary and structure
Step 1: Teach vocabulary and structure: How many…? How old are you? Step 2: Write them on the board and read aloud the words
Step 3: Pupils copy down into their notebooks and repeat after the teacher Step 4: Ask a few pupils to read aloud.
B Practice
2 Listen and say
Step 1: Tell pupils to look at the picture on pages 22 and 23. Step 2: Play CD Pause after each phrase.
Step 3: Play CD again Pupils repeat the phrases chorally and individually. C Production
3 Sing
Step 1: Play the CD Tell pupils to listen to the song.

1 Learn the letter
Step 1: Say girl and give Pupils repeat the words.
Step 2: Write them on the board and read aloud the words Step 3: Have pupils repeat the letter and letter sound.

2 Sing
Step 1: Play the CD Tell pupils to listen to the song.
Step 2: Play the CD again and pause after each line Sing the line and tell pupils to repeat after teacher
Step 3: Play CD again and ask pupils to sing the song. C Production
