Phân lập và tuyển chọn chủng Streptomyces sp. sinh tổng hợp AVG từ các nguồn đất trồng cây ăn quả ở Việt Nam; Nghiên cứu xây dựng quy trình tạo chế phẩm AVG bao gồm: xác định, tối ưu hóa thành phần một số nguồn dinh dưỡng và điều kiện lên men để tăng cường khả năng sinh tổng hợp AVG của chủng Streptomyces sp. đã tuyển chọn, làm sạch, thu hồi, tạo chế phẩm; Nghiên cứu đánh giá khả năng ứng dụng của chế phẩm AVG trong việc trì hoãn sự chín để kéo dài thời gian thu hoạch cam (Citrus sinensis), kéo dài thời gian thu hoạch và bảo quản chuối tiêu hồng (Musa cavendish).
