A Reading

I Objectives: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:

1.Knowledge:

- Know more about vocabulary related to hobbies.

- Use the acquired language and knowledge to talk about their hobbies

2 Skill:

- Reading skill: read for specific information, guessing meaning from context.

- Listening skill: listen for gist and details.

- Speaking skill: talk about hobbies.

3 Attitude: After the lesson, students may:

- Use the vocabulary from the reading passage and reading skills to read more articles

and use these words in different situations correctly

II Language content

1 Lexical items: accomplished, accompany, modest, avid, discard, indulge in , keep sb

occupied

2 Grammar: Revise present tense.
