Any demand(s) relating to this Guarantee must be enclosed with the original of this Guarantee and be received by ...Bank at the address shown at the first part of this Guarantee during ...Bank’s working hours and within the valid period. 9. Thư bảo lãnh này được điều chỉnh và giải thích theo pháp luật Việt Nam. Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến Thư bảo lãnh này sẽ được giải quyết bởi Tòa án có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam. This Guarantee is governed by and construed under the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Guarantee will be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam. 10.
