ZINE EVALUATION I ABOUT MY ZINE PROJECT In this zine project, I tried doing many new things, follow some art style that I love, many ideas keep coming out But it took me a lot of time to choose and concepts When I received this project, I decided to choose “Enviriomentoment polluted” issue as my zine’s topic Today, there are many vehicles on the street and the traffic jam really bad It made rush hour, you can’t go forward or backward People stuck for an hour breath polluted air from their vehicle so I made my zine hoping it change people’s behavior The main problem is that bad air killing human day by day, little by little Outside you look healthy but inside you death I’m sorry to say so but that the truth Therefore, I planed to write a simple short story with cute illustrations that will help my zine familiar and easier to catch people sight All my illustrations are drawn by hand I think drawing picture will make a friendly feeling Besides, most of them have the most simple and cute style My character that named “LuLu is simple and catchy when you say it LuLu wears a purple hoodie with a shot hair and short bang I use many color to make the main charactor and the comic look lovely When a cute, simple style and colorful go together, it will make an impression I hope that people read my comic with a smile on their face no matter how old they are II ABOUT ZINE’S FEEDBACK When I finished my zine, I started take feedback from five audiences that are my friends In zine’s survey, I asked them many things that are: “What are they like and don’t like in my zine”, “What they think about air polluted issue, ”How they feel after they saw my zine”, “How did my zine effect to their behavior” and some of their habbits I was quite worried that my audiences won’t like it because it’s too colourful or childless Luckily, their feedbacks better than i though III ABOUT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AUDIENCE CONTEXT AND UNDERSTANDING OF A VISUAL NARRATIVE My target audience focus on kids and teenage cause they are young and i think at their young age we should educated they well to save the evironment and have good behavior The main target audience is kids ang teenage who have age between and 16 I choose a colourful pallete because of them, it catchy at first sight and easy to undertand Their feedback is reality beacuse they just say what they think and it helps me more to find out my mistake Kid hate to read so i put more colourful picture than letter.Their feedback give me a lot of interesting experiment IV STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESS Strengths of my zine is colourful picture and cute illustration Most of audience said that they like this this style no matter how old they are Some of them think my story is easy to understand The best success I reach is that my zine gain it’s basic goals All of people i the survey said they will change their behavior and some of them start thinking about using public transport However, one of them say this zine project has some problem The story is quite short; some letter quite hard to read; art style isn’t really suit for older who are up to 25 years old The most important thing is that my zine’s style isn’t suit for adult It may hard to widen for everyone V PLANS FOR FUTHER DEVELOPMENT OF SKILLS AND PRATICE Making this project help me discover my strengths and weakness I plan drawing more and more and notice spelling mistake Moreover, I think I should improve my observation skill that I will know what my audience want Therefore, my product can reach all it’s goals in future
