tõm, chia s v to dng nim tin cho khỏch hng; (2) Phong cỏch, thỏi v nng lc ph v ca nhõn nh viờn; (3) C s vt cht v ng phc ca nhõn viờn Hu ht khỏch hng u khỏch hng ti VNPT Qung Tr Ki cm nhn c s hi lũng v yu t cu thnh cht lng dch v chm súc ho c Da trờn cỏc kt qu nghiờn cu, tỏc gi ó xut 06 nhúm gii phỏp ch yu nhm nõng cao cht lng dch v chm súc khỏch hng, bao gm: 1) i mi chớnh sỏch chm súc khỏch hng; 2) y mnh ci cỏch th tc cung cp dch v; 3) Nõng cao cht lng ngun nhõn lc; 4) Hin i húa c s vt cht, trang thit b v phng tin k thut; 5) Xõy dng h thng chm súc khỏch hng chuyờn trỏch; ng 6) Nõng cao uy tớn,
