Trờng THCS Thiệu Nguyên Kế hoạch bộ môn Tiếng Anh 8 Kế hoạch môn anh văn lớp 8 I. Tình hình chung: - Năm học 2007 2008 nhà trờng gặp thuận lợi về nhiều mặt. Đảm bảo về cơ sở vật chất, trờng lớp khang trang, số lợng giáo viên đầy đủ đạt chuẩn và trên chuẩn, đội ngũ giáo viên trong trờng vững về chuyên môn, đoàn kết giúp nhau cùng vơn lên nâng cao tay nghề. Trờng vừa đợc công nhận đạt chuẩn quốc gia giai đoạn 1. Nên về mọi mặt đều đợc sự quan tâm của các cấp các ngành. Nhất là BGH và các cấp chính quyền đoàn thể cùng nhân dân Thiệu Nguyên II. Những khó khăn chung. Phần lớn học sinh là con em thuần nông nên các em cha ý thức đợc tầm quan trọng của việc học nên cha chịu học. Cùng với một số gia đình, phụ huynh do bận làm ăn buôn bán không mấy quan tâm đến việc học hành của con cái. III. Tình hình bộ môn: Tiếng Anh lớp 8 là chơng trình năm thứ 3 đối với học sinh THCS. Là năm thứ 3 học môn ngoại ngữ, chơng trình đã khó dần lên, nên khó khăn càng tăng lên đối với các em. Các em đang làm quen với môn học yêu cầu các em làm quen với kỹ năng đọc hiểu, nghe hiểu, nói và viết (speaking listening, writing and reading) * Thuận lợi của môn học: Môn Tiếng Anh nói riêng và môn học khác nói chung dã đợc sự chỉ đạo sự quan tâm của BGH, nhà trờng, của phòng, của ngành mà còn của phần lớn các bậc phụ huynh nên việc phát triển môn học gặp nhiều thuận lợi. Tổ chuyên môn Tiếng anh tơng đối đều tay, ham học hỏi, đoàn kết, giúp nhau cùng tiến bộ, luôn luôn phấn đấu nâng cao tay nghề, tinh thần phê và tự phê cao. Cơ sở đồ dùng dạy và học tơng đối đầy đủ. * Những khó khăn chung. Đây là môn học cần có năng khiếu nhng một số ít em lại e ngại dẫn đến gặp nhiều khó khăn trong giao tiếp và học tập của các em. Một số em học sinh thực sự nhác và ngại học. * Đặc điểm bộ môn: GV Trần Thị Mai Năm học 2008 - 2009 1 Trờng THCS Thiệu Nguyên Kế hoạch bộ môn Tiếng Anh 8 Ngoài yêu cầu về sách vở đồ dùng học tập môn Tiếng anh không cần đến các dụng cụ thí nghiệm nh các môn học khác. Nhng nó yêu cầu các quan trọng hơn là mộy môi trờng giao tiếp, vì chỉ có môi trờng giao tiếp mới tạo điều kiện để phát triển các kỹ năng nghe nói - đọc viết của các em. Các em phải tiếp xúc với một lợng kiến thức khá phong phú và một khối lợng ngữ pháp nhiều vì vậy yêu cầu học sinh cần giàng thời gian tối thiểu 30 phút mỗi ngày để học bài và ôn bài. IV. Chỉ tiêu phấn đấu. Lớp 8A,B Giỏi Khá TB Yếu Số lợng 71 % 5=7,1% 20= 28,2% 45= 63.3% 1= 1,4% V. biện pháp thực hiện - Thực hiện giờ dạy là một giờ thao giảng. - Chuẩn bị giáo án, đồ dùng giảng dạy thật tốt. - Lựa chọn phơng hpáp ngắn nhất, dễ hiểu nhất phù hợp nhất đối với đặc thù bộ môn. - Thờng xuyên kiểm tra học sinh, chấm, chữa bài và trả lời đúng thời gian qui định. - Tuân thủ phân phối chơng trình. - Liên tục trao đổi tiếp thu ý kiến của các đồng nghiệp cố gắng liên tục để nâng cao chất lợng giảng dạ. - Bản thân không ngừng phấn đấu để học, hỏi đúc rút kinh nghiệm trong công tác giảng dạy. - Phối hợp với nhà trờng, tổ bộ môn và phụ huynh học sinh tìm ra phơng pháp giáo dục các em một cách đồng bộ, kiph thời.
